It's a bit unfortunate that it smells fishy after eating.
It is a great help to my knee cartilage and joints. I have a lot of exercise and my knee pain and finger joints hurt a lot, but this product is very helpful in alleviating my pain. I would like to recommend.

Strong smell to capsules, but it send to be working for joints
