As others have stated, yolks are buttery and very flavorful, with a nice spice. Though the batch I received were just a bit over cooked, so slightly rubbery. But still the best bought found so far.

They sent me mild instead of spicy, even though I ordered spicy. So I guess I overpayed a few dollars for no reason. Nevertheless, they were delicious. Good texture, taste. A bit pricey for such a tiny jar, though.

Came dented, jar sticky,etc
I did not open because the jar was dented, the jar glass was sticky and the liquid inside the jar looked murky.For 20 some dollars, I never got to taste the Quail's eggs.
