Easy to use, a little too runny. Wish the consistency wasn't quite as soupy.
Works well, but many brick layers have told me this isn't strong enough to be structural. Most of the areas I fixed were because of water infiltration so I'm fine with it not being able to hold up the house :) It works well for filling in the gaps around the outside faucet and dries just like typical mortar AFTER a while. If you put it on deep or thick, it can take more than a week to fully cure. Wish it also came with another nozzle in case you want to use it to fill smaller holes. If the cracks aren't as wide as a brick mortar joint, you have to squeeze it on and push it in. I used gloves and just mushed it in. Then have a spray bottle after a bit and spray off the extra that's on the brick.

Did its job!
Did its job on our back concrete patio. So far so good but haven't gone through a winter yet. Will report back!

Quikrete improperly setting up
I have used this product before with no problems. However I just received 6 tubes, used 3 on brick steps and it is not hardening after one week ago application. I have a mess because product still very soft not drying and not adhering to brick. I have 3 tubes left and on Amazon web site states that I can no longer return product that I received about 32 days ago. I don’t understand why Amazon won’t consider partial reimbursement for something that is improperly working? I wanted to apply immediately upon receiving product but due to extreme heat I waited until early September, no rain and temperature ranges from 58-82 degrees, which is ideal for hardening. Thus far no reply from Amazon and no reply from manufacturer. I am in process of removing product and trying something else.I would greatly appreciate any help and response

So much better than the other mortar repair stuff.
I used some other brand first. Basically spluged my brick house with a light grey caulk that looks terrible!!! Purchased this and was so much better... not exactly a perfect match, but not noticeable. The applicator tip is also much better. A regular tube of caulk doesn't hold up while being dragged across the brick. Also due to texture, you should overly puncture to open it... heard some complain it doesn't squirt, this is key.

Hardens great!
It took me a few tubes to get the pressure right to get it to spread evenly, but once I did that it worked great. Hardens very nice. I am painting over this area so I wasn't too concerned about the mess, but if I was just going to leave it I would have had quite a bit of clean up to do.

Seal for outside wall.
I repainted a second garage and sealed the lower trim of the building. Easy to apply and no shrinking or gaps are visible.

My opinion is still out
I used this to fill in parts of our brick patio outside which is in direct sunlight. I filled in gaps that were about 1" and tried to spread it out. The look is very course and bumpy which I don't like and it doesn't smooth out even if I use a spatula with a little water. I continued to use it though because the color is a perfect match to the mortar in the brick that has not cracked from 20 years ago. The tubes did not spread as well in the chilly mornings in the spring but once I waited for the 65 degree weather it came out of the tube much more easily. It has dried firm. I won't know how well it will last or if it will get moss or crumble until after the winter...I'll have to wait and see.
