I don’t write reviews but…
The media could not be loaded. This is my first review after having had Amazon for the last 4 years.I started working on CGI projects for the first time, and I wanted a keyboard and mouse that was light, easy to use, and affordable — and well, cute too!! Then I stumbled upon this wonderful keyboard! It is battery powered and connects through a little USB port found under the mouse. The batteries took me a second to figure out (they are AA if you’re wondering); I thought they didn’t fit but I’m just incredibly slow. But both of the keyboard and mouse are battery powered! The keyboard feels like a typewriter; I’m a little janky with it currently because I’m not accustomed to it just yet (totally normal). The mouse is light and the click isn’t a solid… crunch?… it clicks but slightly more subtle. It does have a click it’s just at a lower…. Frequency? That probably doesn’t make sense but — what matters is that it works. It also fits my hand, from the base of my palm to mid-pinky.If the mouse on your screen feels a little fast, you can change those settings on your laptop/computer. That is not the mouse’s doing. I saw some reviews that blamed the mouse on other products for this and thought I would mention it here (for anyone who was confused) — you can change the speed of your mouse in the computer settings. The lettering of the keyboard itself looks to be slightly out of place and not directly in the middle of the buttons. It doesn’t bother me too much because at the very least it’s consistently off center. It might even be an aesthetic. Actually, I think that’s on purpose. The letters are not centered but everything else looks to be just fine.I highly recommend this if you want a working keyboard that’s both cute and easy-use.

Keyboard Set Up for Dummies (like me)
The keyboard and mouse come with batteries and on the back of the mouse is the USB needed to connect the keyboard/mouse. However, because the manual is not written in English and reviews just say "set up is easy" without actually explaining how to set it up, I thought I'd use my experience to help others (if I can).If you put in the batteries and nothing is happening, SWITCH THEM OUT FOR BETTER ONES. Don't rely on the ones they provide. It took me way too long to realize the batteries may be the issue. After putting in better batteries, I noticed a red light come on which meant that it was actually working now. This sounds like common sense, but I'm an idiot and it took me too long to realize this.Once the batteries are changed, plug in the USB that is on the back of the mouse and if you're trying to connect to a Mac, a keyboard assistant window will pop up. It'll ask you to press the key to the left of the "shift" key. The answer is "z" OR if that doesn't work press the " / ". I can't tell you which one worked for me, cause at a certain point I was so frustrated, I just started slamming both of them in an effort to make it work. But I'm pretty sure it was the " / " that ended up working for me. After clicking the key, the window should take you to the next slide where you decide which keyboard you want (I chose the American/English standard version). And then you should be good.Set up actually IS easy... if you're not an idiot like me. So don't waste valuable time and learn from my mistakes! I used the keyboard to write this review and I really like it. But I just needed to write a review in case someone else is stuggling and needs help.

Love the look! Mouse died too soon
Love the look, got a lot of compliments in the office on my keyboard. The mouse died only after 5 months, it was not the battery. My husband does IT for a living, just doesn't work. Also the keys rubbed off way too quickly. Won't purchase it again even though I like the look.

Great for long nails
It provided space so my nails didn’t keep hitting keys, but was still comfy when I cut my nails down. Great keyboard and pretty too!

I LOVE IT ! Thanks for the batteries !
Not many items I’ve ordered like this come with the batteries — so that’s a major plus !I love this set. The mouse is great once you get it connected. I am using this keyboard and mouse with my MacBook air (through an Adapter) and I love it . I have this stand holding my computer up and it’s an entire vibe .For those connecting the computer to their Mac book air — the shift key they ask for is the arrows (one peach-like on the left side, second to the bottom row; other is burgundy-like on the right side, second to the bottom. — I was looking for that info and didn’t see it and just played around 🤷🏾♀️ I really am liking this so far, if that changes I’ll come back.I used it right away and the keys are responsive and gives me a vibe— very “retro” lol. And the mouse was very responsive and feels like high quality. You can still use your MacBook mouse while the system is connected — which was cool 🤗 All and all, I am excited about this purchase.

This worked well until it didnt
I ordered this December 2022, and as of last week it stopped working I guess a year and 9 months is worth the money but usually keyboards lasts for years.Pros: I loved the noise of the keys and how high the keys stuck up.
