The media could not be loaded. It's come to my attention many of you guys don't know how to properly remove the glue from Contigo cups. Our family LOVES this brand and I refuse to buy my kids any other brand for school because these are inexpensive, durable, fix great in a lunch box/backpack, and truly leak-proof. Now, if you have a chewer, that's not the fault of the cup. Cups aren't meant to be chewed on. You cannot chew on a cup and expect it to last. If used properly, these cups will last YEARS! We've had some as long as 5 years going on strong. I always go out and buy them, especially when I catch a good sale. Told my friends about them and they brought up the glue issue. What glue issue?! I get on Amazon to order another cup, and I see many of y'all are having problems with the glue coming off. I thought everyone knew the trick to getting the glue off in minutes, but since not, today I finally made a video to explain how I get the glue off in five minutes! No seriously!The glue is the equivalent as mouse trap glue. What do we do to get that off? Oil! Same with these cups. I personally use canola oil to combat the sticky glue on the cups, but you can use any glue and it'll work the same. After using the oil method, you'll need to wash them in warm water and use Dawn Dish Soap. It's the best to get that greasy feeling off the cups. When I made the video, I mention wash as normally. Afterwards, I realized not everyone uses Dawn. You need to get something tough to get the oil off! I PROMISE you, you shouldn't be using alcohol, acetone, etc. It'll ruin the artwork if you have a cup with art. If you use any pull off methods, you can leave spots from where you ripped the glue off. Just use the oil and save yourself the trouble.

My two kids love these water bottles!! Only downside is that Contigo doesn’t sell replacement parts. I don’t always want to put in a warranty claim to replace a straw etc. I’d be more than happy to buy a replacement part since I don’t feel it should be a warranty claim if my child has chewed on a straw that I want to replace.

Amazing cup for our water loving toddler! Leak proof and easy to clean. He loves carrying it by its handle. The only gripe I have is the excessive amount of sticky stuff they put on the Contigo packaging. It was hard to get off.

These are excellent for toddlers! They are anti-spill plus the sprout is very child friendly. I’ve purchased like 6 or 8 of these and my daughter, my niece and my nephew - which are 2,4 &5 years old - loveeeee them. The colours are very vibrant and I love how sturdy they are. Why did you pick this product vs others?:The quality of these bottles are top tier and Contigo has been a trusted brand in my household even for cups and bottles for both adults and toddlers.

These are the only spill/leak proof water bottles I have found. The price is worth it because it won't spill. My kids use them for preschool and activities. The designs are cute and good for all types of kids. The lock is user friendly and easy for preschoolers to open and close.

We love these water bottles. Best product out there. We have a cabinet full of them and they go to school every day with a 5 year old and a 3 year old. They're dependable, they don't leak, they are designed and built really well, incredibly easy to clean and they last a really long time. 9.8 out of 10.MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE PACKAGING! If the person at this company that is in charge of packaging reads these reviews PLEASE STOP USING THE GLUE ADHESIVE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOTTLE!!! The water bottles arrive with minimal packaging, just a little double sided cardboard flap with product information on it. The issue is that the flaps are stuck to the side of the bottle with like NASA grade adhesive THAT DOES NOT COME OFF!!! You spend 10 minutes trying peel it off, trying to roll it off with the side of your thumb, I've tried dish soap and warm water solution, I've tried baby oil solution, I tried a plastic blade made for scraping dried residue off the inside of my grill, and yet, an adhesive smudge remains. These beautiful bottles forever marred with the residue of 1000% unnecessary adhesive. The company could actually save money if they stopped buying adhesive and it would make their product better. There is no reason that cardboard flap needs to be stuck down to the side of the bottle.I just bought a 2 pack of water bottles, each bottle has 2 globs of adhesive on EACH side. That's 8 globs of adhesive I now have to spend at least 15-20 minutes trying to remove as much as I can already knowing I'm going to fail. That's outrageous. I should have to spend ZERO minutes fighting with the packaging of a product.

We have tried so many straw cups for our little one. We have bought "leak proof" cups through all big names like dr.brown, nuby, etc. You name it We have tried it. They have either leaked or have been such a hassle to clean and keep together. This cup tho! Game changer. We have been using it for a week now non stop. So easy to clean, the fold down straw is so handy when going places, and so far no leaks. My son has threw, dropped, and traveled that cup all over and it's held it's own so far. I will be buying another set for sure!
