Reliable Protection That Truly Delivers
I had this Spidercase for my Galaxy Note 10 Plus for about two years, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. During that time, my phone was fully submerged in water three separate times, and thanks to this case, it stayed completely safe. I’ve also dropped my phone more times than I can count—on all kinds of surfaces—and the case always held up. I only replaced it when the bottom cover for the charging port finally broke off, and I needed that extra protection again. This case is absolutely worth the price—every penny of it!

Until this case I dropped and broke all my phones.
This case is the ONLY reason I've had my phone for over 2 years. I've bought "durable cases before but I drop my phone atleast 2-3 times a day and without fail, I would always break my phone within months of buying it. This case is SO good if you are clumsy like me. The fingerprint reader isnt the best, it does work but you have to press kind of hard but I'll sacrifice a perfect fingerprint reader to have my phone (galaxy S10 Plus) for a long amount of time. It is a little bulky but hey....I guess it had to be to withstand me so I'm ok with thaglt. It's been over 2 years and I got back on to re-buy another case since the one I have is getting scratched up and looks a bit rough (I've put it through the ringer in 2 years lol). AMAZING durable phone case!!!

I fingered it out!
☝🏻I never realized how grown to fingerprint passwords and unlock I had gotten until I picked up an adorable phone case that DIDN'T permit fingerprint options 🤬. Thus started my hunt!I was skeptical of this one because it says it NEEDS the fingerprint (fp from here on out im not going to keep typing that) film with the case.🔥 I HAVE MY FP UNLOCK AND PASSWORDS BACK!! 🥰 Supper happy about that. 🔥💡 Here is what I figured out about this case (and why its not a 5 star vs a 4 star).🔹 The instructions on installing the FP sticker are OK but until you have done it, they are not great (imma try to help you out with this in this review).🔹 They sent extra FP film, but I went through all of then before I figured it out.🔹 The FP works, but its just not as solid response as without the case on (you HAVE to have it on the case for fp to work). But hey... Thats ok! It works. - (*1) adding my fps with film on was hard.Installation...1️⃣ Ok first off the OUTSIDE of the front and back have a protective film over them that needs to be removed. Obviously, thats probably just for shipping and to keep your case fingerprint free during your install process 👍🏻 very cool.👉🏼 But.. I thought the film on the front was on the inside of the case, so i got my little grubby fingers all over the inside and almost ruined my case trying to pull it off before I realized it was on the outside of the case.2️⃣ The small round FP film DOES go on the INSIDE. (I had a tiny dot sticker i used to place on the outside of the case in the center of the fp graphic so I knew exactly where to place my fp film on the inside).3️⃣ (this is where I went through all my fp films and almost sent the case back) the FP film sticker ALSO has a protective film on the back side of it... That film does have a small yellow sticker attached that says use it to help you peel from sticker. (i thought it ment to peel it off its sheet). You MUST remove the film from this side of the fp sticker too! (the sticky side attaches to the case, the side with the film you remove touches the phone side (its not sticky).4️⃣ Seal your case up and add your fps! (*2)Sure... It sounds hard. But really, being armed with this knowledge, you will have success and not burn through all your fp film like I didThis case IS thick, the cover for the charge port prevents me from using the charging cable I had that I liked. It wasnt a normal cable, it was L Shaped where it plugs into the phone. I had to swap back to my normal cable and it works just fine.🖋️ Not with this phone, but my Note b4 this my S pen use to fall out and get lost all the time. I 🖤 LOVE 🖤 that this case actually puts a cover OVER the s pen! 👍🏻🔗 This case DOES have an area on the bottom left of it to attach a small wrist lanyard (comes with case). I think thats frinkin awesome! Had all my cases before this had that it would have saved my phone from so many drops at shows/festivals when people bump into me as im recording stuff!*1 - i think as the fp film sets longer, responsiveness may get better. I may readd all my fingerprints in a few days.*2 - after being on all night and me fiddling with smoothing the fp sticker a bit it does seem to be improving in responses. So dont throw the towel in if you go to add your FPs right away and it gives you hell.💦 I did not do the waterproof test, that feature is not important to me.All in all, the case so far seems good, sturdy and once I figure out the FP film it was a very easy install.I kinda wish this company would make this case with a credit card holder/wallet.

It's actually waterproof!
This is a great, budget-friendly case IF you're willing to be careful with assembly. The directions aren't the greatest, but there are YouTube videos galore and reviewers here that have listed out instructions. My biggest reason for writing this review: I doubted the waterproofing. For this price it can't possibly be real, right? I got the opportunity to test it a couple months after purchasing, hiking the New River Gorge in WV. It was about 40F, POURING rain for several hours, and 30mph winds on the ridge with misting and condensation everywhere. I took pictures and video the entire time and was constantly taking it out of a wet pocket and putting it back in. I even kept it outside my jacket in a mesh shoulder pouch for a while. The phone did not get a single drop of water or condensation inside it AT ALL. Even inside the S-Pen cover was dry. I was absolutely amazed. I don't intend on fully submerging it to test, but if you aren't trying to dive with this thing, I can fully vouch for it's security and durability on the waterproof front. The fingerprint sensor is definitely tricky. My first time wasn't a problem. Went on great just taking my time and took maybe 10mins total from unboxing to final assembly. My FP sensor worked just fine without recalibration, which was surprising. The second time is where it got tricky. The FP sensor sticker got dirt under it somehow while I was putting it together and it was bugging me, so I decided to replace it. The adhesive off the first one is quite sticky. I tried peeling it away to get a clean surface and all it did was spread it out, so I don't recommend that. I'm going to have to take some goo-gone to it. That's my fault, not theirs.Overall, I really like this case. It's a little bulky but no more than I'd expect it to be, and is still slimmer than a Defender from what I can tell. I run around 12mi/week and hike around 10mi/week with it in my hand or in a pocket and never notice it. I've dropped it more times than I'd like to admit and never had an issue. For this price I'm not sure there's anything better on the market.
