Fabulous pillow, so soft yet supportive, one side has lovely warm material & the other side is cold?! Don't ask me how, it's a completely different material, but it works! You can completely empty the pillow of stuffing if you needed, & only replace what you need to get that perfect height so support your neck & shoulders. Love it.

I never usually write reviews but I was motivated to for these pillows as I've finally found a pillow that works. I've tried so many pillows - funny shaped neck supporting ones which were ridiculously expensive, memory foam, feather, bamboo, synthetic, firm, super firm, medium, two pillows, no pillows - in search of a comfortable and neck-pain-free night's sleep.I didn't really believe the reviews which said that people's neck pain had improved. But now I do - as mine has totally gone. I used to find it hard to sleep on my back (osteo and physio said better for my neck) but with this pillow, I want to. My husband likes it too - he always says pillows aren't big enough for the space between his neck and his shoulder as his shoulders are so wide - this one actually works for him, but also for me and I'm tiny I don't need a huge pillow at all. When it arrived I was so disappointed as it was floppy and thin but it soon puffed up and is the perfect balance between soft and luxorious and firm and supportive - it's hard to describe because it's in reality it's neither soft or firm or medium but it's as if it just becomes whatever you need it to be! Goldilocks' dream. Will only be buying these pillows from now on.

If you're looking for a pillow that will keep you cool and comfortable, this one is definitely worth considering.

Ok, so these pillows are definitely cool to the touch, of course they do warm up with the heat from your head after a while, but if you're like my wife and fall asleep quicker than a dog eats cheese then the benefit is perfect, however if you're like me and need the perfect conditions and the world to stop turning to fall asleep then the coolness is not really a benefit, that said they are comfortable and worth the price tag. As for longevity it remains to be seen, so for now they are 5 stars.

I bought the twin pack and I have loved sleeping on this pillow, it's comfortable and supportive and I have zero complaints. However, yesterday my husband made the bed and accidentally swapped the pillows so last night as soon as I went to bed I knew there was something not right. His pillow is flat and horrible and he said its been like that from the beginning, it didn't puff up the same way as mine did when it was unrolled. I'm so annoyed that I didn't know this before as these aren't cheap pillows but he's just used it thinking it was the same as mine. I've now had to spend another £26 to buy a replacement for him and if its not the same quality then it'll be going straight back! If they'd both been the same then it works be a definite 5 stars.

Very clever pillow indeed. Best I have ever found....and I have tried a lot!Has a 'cool' side which is great for summer or that 'hot head in the night' feeling. Just flip it over for relief. On top of that, the amazing thing is that you can adjust the filling to suit you. It is zipped! Just take some out if it is too high or hard. (it arrives very full.). Filled with a mix of fibre and foam chips so it gives and contours to your neck and head. Excellent.

I am still new to the concept of memory foam although I tried another leading brand before trying this one. The pillow works well for support and firmness with out being rigid like its rivals. If you want comfort and softness these pillows are definitely going in the right direction vut.you must experiment with the amount of filling to take out. As for Softness ok its not going to compare to a down filled pillow but as its Hypoallergenic and stays cooler longer and I suspect will keep its shape it's a good alternative. I only dropped 1 star for Comfort and Softness only until I think the filling is correctly adjusted. Well it's been less than a week so there's still time to consider.P.S. dont be put off by the initial clinical smell the pillow has. I found the instruction enclosed worked well as I was very lucky to have a couple of really hot sunny days recently i was able to wash the covers and air the pillows as per the instructions

Had to remove an entire carrier bag of stuffing to stop it from feeling like a bag of sand, that was 6 months ago and it’s still reasonably comfy, although to keep the comfort you have to open it up every week or so and loosen up the stuffingWould definitely recommend as the ease of adjusting it to your own comfort level and the double sided cover with one side being cool is a great addition
