I have MTHFR, and it seems that I have been looking in the wrong direction for years for something to assist with energy support and my overall well-being. Let me start by saying that I assume it's this vitamin since I haven't recently made any other changes in medication. I've added this vitamin to my regimen four days ago, right four days and I have results.I started taking one pill in the morning with no side effects. I felt a little pick-me-up, maybe on day two. I added a second pill today, which is day four. Again, I noticed a slight increase in my energy level. I actually went for a walk today, and it felt amazing. I assume it's because it's methylated, allowing it to enter the bloodstream directly, which explains my nearly instant positive change. It doesn't smell or taste like anything to me. Even if it did, with my results, I probably would continue to take it anyway. I'm so thankful that I found this multivitamin that I could cry. I pray that it helps others as it has helped me.

There are no words to explain how much better I have felt since taking these. Item was as described. Seems like a quality product and I like the ingredients list. Can’t say how it will work over time. Although I’ve never noticed much of a change in anything with any supplement I’ve ever taken. But I enjoy knowing I’m giving my body the right things! I think this product is one of those right things!

This Methylated Vitamin has CHANGED MY LIFE! Clearly I am one that cannot absorb synthetic/reg vitamins. Started with 120cnt now subscribed to 240. Hope this color difference is normal.
