When they say " Tiny Tune Tuner," they ain't jokin'!!!!
My KLIQ Tuner arrived yesterday and I must say....IT'S TINY, and I mean TINY!!!!....which actually is a GREAT THING!!!I have an extremely large Pedalboard where space is definitely at a premium!!I needed a new Tuner, because I made the stupid mistake of leaving a 9 Volt Battery plugged in while setting the Intonation on a few of my Guitars. I was changing out the Bridges to REAL Floyd Rose Bridges. After completing that task, good ol' Idiot Me, forgot to take out the Battery and plugged it in to my Power Block. After about a hour, I noticed the light on my "Big Name, T type" Tuner started getting dimmer and dimmer....then it struck me that I had left the 9 Volt inside.I quickly removed my Battery, but it was too late. The damage was done. The Light would barely come on, I opened up the back of my Tuner only to find 2 spots on my Circuit Board where 2 sections had melted the Solder points together.I really had a hard time believing that running 18 Volts on my Pedal for such a short time, would cause the type of damage it did.Having gone to College, getting my Bachelors in Electronic Engineering, this really should not have happened in the short time the 2 were plugged in together, but it did!!!!........Important Safety Tip, ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU DON'T RUN A BATTERY AND A POWER SUPPLY AT THE SAME TIME!!!!OK, back to the KLIQ Tuner.I love this little Tuner. It's actually smaller than 2 Bic Lighters side by side....more like 1 and a half Bic Lighters.Straight out of the box, it was already PERFECTLY calibrated.1 of the Amps I use, and there's way too many...according to my wife, a 212 Line 6 Flextone lll XL Plus, has an incredible Tuner built in to the FBV Shortboard which changes the channels/banks up and down, or at random, turns on and off the Effects on each bank I use and so on....The KLIQ Tuner was DEAD ON with my old trusted Line 6. Checked all the Guitars I had just done the work on......SPOT ON!!!This little puppy is WELL BUILT!! Not some cheap plastic you will find on a lot of Pedals in this price range, It's bright as heck so on Dark Stages, there won't be a problem, having my wife hold a couple of Flashlights plus the Flashlight's from our phones directly on the Screen of the Tuner, no issues seeing it when I do any Daytime Festivals, which down here in the Pits of Hell...SW Florida, the Sun can definitely be blinding.I had read some comments of people having issues not being able to see the Screen in their Daytime, Outdoor Shows.I don't think that will be an issue with mine, however should it arise, it will be super easy to have molded, some Dark Plastic to put in a position to shade the Screen or have something made to shade it. It won't be an issue for me.Now, to the company I purchased this Tuner from.I received an email from Laura, the day my Tuner arrived, letting me know they would be more than happy to help should any issues, questions or concerns come up. As a test of that, I sent an email with some off the wall comment or question. I kid you not, within 5 minutes or less, I received an email from them answering my comment!!! Ya can't get much better than that.I think this KLIQ Tuner will last me quite a while.....even if it only last me a year, I will have gotten my monies worth of use out of it.I'm going to have to shop the KLIQ Brand to find out what other trouble I can get in to now that I know KLIQ builds, at least solid, and in my 45+ years of experience, good quality Guitar Tuners!!DON'T BE AFRAID TO BUY THIS TUNER!!!

Tiny little tuner works good prob not going to last long.
I bought this to Strat a 2nd board for testing ideas and chains. However I was reading a review that said save your $$ and get this and buy another pedal i have 20 years of experience building and using All kinds of gear. For $100 you get a polytune which is bullet roof and has a great buffer built in. Now if you only have a few pedals it doesn’t matter but if you have a long chain or a 20 ft cable going to guitar and 10ft to amp plus patches 35ft your signal will sound dull. A polytune I leave buffer on and yes it’s true the next buffer if the pedal has one will be the buffer but on my board the klon clone tumnus is buffered. That’s it until boss analog delay but I will say that I turned it off and noticed dramatic issues. My last pedal is a true spring bubsoiurce which has very good buffered bypasss or true bypass ubcan switch. I switch the last last pedal to buffered but now I run wet dry and my splitter is buffered so it works great. But if you are buy a tuner for a long term workhorse don’t buy this soend $100 or less used for a good tuner. IMO TC is killing it. I have full size it will power and extra pedal and takes battery. The mini is awesome too. I run fuzz and wah b4 the tuner that it. That will also lower the noise floor of your board. However it’s everything that makes the board. Power supply should be first. I started w a amazon brand that said isolated It wasn’t lol. Then got a True Tone 12 and still use that great PS. Then even hiir patch cables make a big diff if I put my Amazon basics patches it won’t sound like my Ernie ball ibise the very small chrome one s bc soldered and never had a problems I must have spent $200 in patch cables. Then the buffer at beginning and end of loop may not mean much to ya but if your trying to do it right I didn’t even start buffers until I had 7-8 oedlas and was wondering why loud

For Me, The Best Tuner Ever
Amazing little tuner. It's a true bypass tuner. I put it first in line from my guitar to it and then to my other effects pedals. So when you turn it on it's only hearing a clean signal direct from your guitar. In other words you can be in a noisy club, maybe your other band members are warming up or tuning up, your soon to be loud and drunk audience is starting to wobble while standing and walking, and this box still gives you a very clear visual tuning band, with no interference, with the note displayed in the middle of it, and all that other stuff doesn't effect it. Basically, when you click the pedal on, it's only "listening" to your guitar so it's easy to use no matter what. I've used numerous other tuners and to me this is the best and easiest to use one I've run into. Plus it's less expensive than most other pedal tuners. I don't think you'll be disappointed, so buy it and try it.
