Works great for sleeping
I use these for sleeping at bedtime.. They work in just a few minutes. Just drift off to sleep and stay asleep, but if someone is trying to wake you, you wake up easily. I am a person that uses Valarian Root for sleep, but the brand I use was out of stock.. So I just start hunting for a natural brand that is in comparison. And this fits the bill! I will definitely use this brand again. And I would recommend these.

It put me to sleep!
I have trouble sleeping & have stayed up all night. This is very difficult for me as I am 65, have always had amazing energy, but when I don't sleep I am miserable but I still have a lot to do. I am grateful. Thank You!

Meh...sometimes helps, sometimes it doesn't.
If you have a persistent sleeping issue, best to see a specialist.
