great for gravies, smothered pork chops, soup, flavoring stir fries and more!!dont read the ingredients, they're dreadful. But it tastes so good you won't care!

Great for broth
1 tsp per cup of water, some diced tofu and scallions make a tasty and flavorful broth for wontons. I glad to be able to order this on Amazon because it has become very difficult to find in the local asian groceries that I have access too.
