Delivered on time and working fine. Obviously its about how long it lasts so cant comment on that as only had it 4 weeks.

Excellent service at an awkward time.
When the bathroom light stops working at midnight on Christmas eve, it is a major problem, due to the holiday .I placed an order for a replacement fluorescent bulb on Christmas day, and received it first thing on the 28th.As older folk who tend to use the bathroom quite often at night, this was a big advantage , instead of having to shop amid the sales shoppers. Perfect fit, now we have light again.

20 hours use then failed, rubbish!!
You can only return this in the first month, mine failed after 6 months use, which I estimate to be 20 hours use in my case, maximum. Really inconvenient having to now go shopping for another bulb, spending more money. Advertised as 8000 hours. It would have been less inconvenient flushing £10 down the toilet and buying a more reputable brand back in April, I'd have saved myself time and wouldn't be having to 'take aim' in the bathroom in an evening like I'm having to now!! Save your money, buy Osram...

Ok
Bought a couple of these for a light we use everyday but they don’t seem to last a great deal? 5 to 6 months at a time.Not the cheapest too!
