The sound quality is horrible. We haven’t been able to use it more than twice and that includes today. My warranty should cover a replacement or refund for this speaker, I can’t do anything with this after trying to play 10 different albums and connect to Bluetooth. I don’t care if this was purchased in November, it was a Christmas gift and was opened ave used on New Year’s Day but the sound was so horrible that we just let it sit until we got speakers. We finally decided to get speakers and not only did it not connect but the sound is still horrible by itself. I’m disappointed because had I tried it several more times before I could’ve gotten the refund.

The bluetooth speaker I returned had Asurion'a extended protection. The battery life really started to decrease & it was still under warranty through Asurion. I filed a claim & Asurion quickly refunded me once I provided the proof of purchase & other needed information.

I am very satisfied with it. It arrived well packaged. It was easy to install although I didn’t use the pins it came with. I read in the reviews that they were not reliable and I could easily see why. Setting the clock up was very easy using the manual and the remote control.
