These work very well. They got around all sizes of spools. I love not having thread dangling everwhere

So simple, so effective. I shared 50 with a 70 year old woman who owns 3 sewing machines. She absolutely loves them. She never heard of them before. And she says, it helps from a fallen spool of thread from rolling. She gave her buddy 2, to share. Well worth the money, and easily stored. We will buy more if needed :) :)

These spool thread savers are pliable, colorful and do the job as long as you don't expect them to easily fit larger than regular spools of thread. The description says they fit large spools, but honestly they couldn't possibly. I had to stretch them to get them over a regular spool.

I have a lot of thread which I store in a box to keep the dust off. I hadn't realized there was a notion that would untangle the mess that I'd find whenever I wanted some thread. These little commando bracelets go onto the thread spool and keep that thread in place. I was going to give 4 stars because, depending on the size of your spool, the spool huggers were difficult to put on' however, after the first use, the hugger loosens up a little and makes it easier to put on. I can't say enough good things about these spool huggers. I no longer lose yards of thread by detangling, because the huggers keep all of the thread spools tidy.

Works well. Fits a variety of spool sizes. Keeps thread from unraveling in storage box. Great value and they’ve held up well.
