Originally the package came damaged, they replaced the crisps right away, very good! I'm addicted...luv them...ty.

These chips are so good. I wasn’t expecting them to be shipped in a bubble mailer and then shoved into my mailbox, though. Because they are so good, I only deducted one star. Hoping chips in the future are shipped in a box to help keep them from being crushed.

A different variety of crisps intially arrived (furrowed) but within a few days of contacting Tora Foods, they had apologised for the error and gave me a choice between a refund and the correct items shipping immediately. I chose the latter and maybe a week later (coming from the UK to USA that is fast!) the crisps I ordered arrived. It was an easy process and Tora was very courteous. The crisps were absolutely divine and everything I have been missing from when I lived in the UK. I will definitely be ordering these again, even just smelling the deliciousness makes me happy. You simply cannot find chips in America that compare to these.

Completely crushed bag. Not worth the expensive price tag. Returning.

These crisp(chips) are absolutely DELICIOUS! There are not crisp more fresh and good as these are. Unfortunately the price is a bit higher than it should be. If they charges $5-$6 I probably buy more unfortunately I buy one bag a year as a treat due to the high price tag. This is a MUST try. I’m curious to try the other flavors

i consume any and all types of salt and vinegar chips that i come across. any different brand i find, i buy. these were a new brand for me. i must say that after eating four or five chips, i have yet to taste anything that resembles a true salt and vinegar chip. there is little to no taste other than the normal taste of salt that can be found on any bag of normal, regularly salted chips, in any store, in any market or gas station, in the U.S. i am disappointed to say the least but really not suprised. in order to get the strong, bold flavor that i want from my chips, i have resorted to making them myself, in small batches. the chips i make, would knock the socks off of any one who thinks that these Tyrell chips are very good or even good enough to continue eating. if i am not impressed with a bag of chips within the first 4 or 5 chips that i eat, i throw them in the trash, as i have done with this brand. i do not want to eat half a bag just to get the flavor that i was expecting. i must say that i cannot recommend this product. i have not had a good experience and truthfully, if it wasnt a 'hassle' for me, i would want my money back but....on to the next
