I actually like these bags.I bought them as a replacement for Ziploc steam bags, which have apparently been discontinued. Mind you, they are not perfect, but they are good enough....for the money. The bags are thin and rather flimsy, but, again, they are worth the money.The bags have this sticky strip at the top opening that you fold over to close the bag. This allows steam to escape from the sides while cooking in the microwave. My veggies and salmon came out tender, moist and tasty. I like!I would recommend these steam bags to others.

I have used two of these Microwave Steam bags and have been very pleased with the results. They were easy to use and preformed as expected. I was a little concerned because they are thin but that did not change the performance. I filled them 1/2 full but that was because that was the portion I was cooking. Carrots stayed a bright orange and potatoes were fine. Both veggies were cooked perfectly - not mushy. Can;t wait to try them on my frozen corn on the cob!

To be honest I definitely prefer the Ziplock steamer bags but Ziplock bags are hard to find and cost more. These bags are a bit flimsy and have an adhesive strip that is a littler hard to remove but they do the job quite well. I would buy this product again and will recommend it but if you are a picky person you may be disappointed.

I purchased these because I began a journey of weight loss and I could not eat the same thing I prepared for my husband. I needed instead a way to prepare something healthy and quickly.Enter this little gem. I found that it cooks vegetables brilliantly, chicken perfectly and fish. I haven't tried any other proteins because this is pretty much my diet right now. It's so quick that I'm in love with the things. I went ahead and bought more and stocked up. The only negative would be the environmental impact using so many plastic baggies might have. But for my needs right now it's just brilliant.

Wasted money. These large are like small, very flimsy

Not as large as I wanted and did not seal well to steam the veggies!Was looking to replace my long time favoriteZiplock which I can not find anywhere!!

they are cheesy but they are awesome and do exactly what i wanted them to do.At Sam's club they were selling fish, salmon with asparagus and veggies with a compound butter, in a microwave bag. They were sampling this and it was very tasty.I loved the idea but I am too thrifty to spend the cost per lb of fish on broccoli and asparagus and butter. I figured that I could find bags on amazon and make it myself as I keep compound butter on hand in my freezer and make it all the time out of different herbs or spices mixed with butter. its easy try it. google making compound butter.Anyway, compound butter, fish and veggies a few min in the microwave it it is perfect tasty fish and veggies. It says it does other meat as well. I figure I can stuff veggies and meat in the bag and send it to work with hubby for his lunches.I tested it on my daughter. She loves salmon and missed dinner. I popped salmon asparagus and butter in a bag and I think 7 min later she had dinner.It worked great, i highly recommend these and no i did not get this with a coupon and i was not paid to do this but if i ever see a coupon on my review sites I will hop on it asap as this is a great product.
