I'll use again but only in certain circumstances
This product works extremely well for Crabgrass but I did find that a second application severely stresses the Bermuda grass that I'm trying to cultivate. It's weird because the first application only killed about half of the crabgrass and zero Bermuda grass. But the second application killed 100% of the crabgrass and probably about 30% of the Bermuda grass

Great crab grass killer
My St. Augustine lawn was taken over by crab grass in several areas and had resolved myself to having to dig it all out. Decided to give this a shot and so glad I did. Sprayed the yard a week ago and all the crab grass is now browning and on its way to dying. And no damage to the St. Augustine either.

One of the few things that 'bother' crab grass
It is a stretch to talk about a 'crabgrass killer' in that crabgrass appears to have more lives than a cat. But this chemical, applied often and assiduously, does about as good a job as you can with it.Applying this without some kind of soap or other surfactant is really wasting whatever killing power it has as getting this chemical inside of the leaves of the plant is critical. You want the chemical to sit on the leaf, dry there and not be watered for a while. You want to apply this in the afternoon after a couple of hot dry days. One application will set the crabgrass back a bit but a weekly application will show the crabgrass who it is facing and cause it to lose hope.I sometimes mix this (in the recommended proportions) with lawn weedstop so when I am applying this I can also take care of whatever other malefactors happen to be around. IN the end, the crabgrass always wins and using this chemical will not change that fact. But you can prevent it from spreading too badly and some of the crabby will wilt and die. And that may be as much of a victory as you are going to get.

Kills crabgrass at 5 til , don't overuse it
This is one of the three products that Kills crabgrass and variants that few other products affect. But it's hard on the grass and the environment, wildlife will leave for 2+ months. If you properly meter it, you can have a max of two treatments a year. If you overuse it, the weeds will adapt and you'll no longer be able to use it. It works much better with the correct MSO sulfucant I'd recommend this product as a strong crabgrass herbicide that has fast 3-14 day knockdown. The only other fast knock down crabgrass herbicide is Acclaim Extra Selective, which in some ways is superior, but is more expensive and is not easy to find.If you are treating earlier in the spring consider using Tenacity instead as it acts as both a pre and post emergent, but be aware it works slowly, growth is stunned then slow death, and has some other specific application and watering requirements if you go that route.

It works
I live on Long Island I bought this product received it and applied it on a Friday, by Wednesday my crabgrass look like cigarette ashes I am not kidding. When applying this product I made sure the temperature was between 70 and 80° nothing higher nothing lower, for my measurements I applied 3 tablespoons per gallon I had a 2 gallon sprayer so I put 6 tablespoons inside of it I mixed a little surfactant which is like the soap so that it would stick to the leafs and I mean it really worked and targeted only the crabgrass, did not harm one blade of grass I was amazed I mean it literally suck the life out of the crabgrass without damaging anything else it would be nice if It killed other weeds also but I was very very pleased. And the crab grass was adult size large crabgrass not littleSprouts.

Expensive and USELESS
I mixed the herbicide as they suggested for the crab grass, mowed the lawn 3 day prior, sprayed the crab grass and then also lightly sprayed the whole lawn - it's 4 weeks later and very few of the crab grass has died. It did kill some of it and thus the 1 star. IF it kills 10% of the crab grass I would have given it 2 stars. This is really a disappointment as I so hoped it would work - esp after following the instructions super carefully seeing this is NOT a cheap product. I even cut the water to my garden for 2 days after I sprayed the grass. I will NOT RECOMMEND this product and sadly feel I wasted money on this and cheated!

works but not as effective as others, you need to double the dos
works but takes forever, it is not as effective as other ones i have used. You have the double the dose to speed up and terminate the roots permanently with this product. Quinkill Max gave me better results, where it kills and does not come back from the same roots with the recommended dosage. They will both hurt your bermudagrass but bermuda always recovers, especially if you fertilize 1 week after applying herbicide.

this worked with help in tall fescue
first this stuff is 40% higher than a few months ago. it would not work with Surfactant, not dish soap, but the concentrated surfactant stuff. i wised up and bought the seed oil after wasting half a bottle. with seed oil it killed some big healthy hairy fast growing crabgrass ...dead. not almost, but dead. this is a tiny bottle. takes about 1.5oz per gallon plus the seed oil to do the deed. you do the math.
