This fountain is made well and has a heavy feel to it. I love that I can hear the trickling water and not the pump. It was packaged very well. I'm using battery operated tea lights instead of regular tea light candles. It came with a manual that tells you how to operate as well as how to clean the pump. My only two issues are: they should have pics of how to open/clean the pump or access to a video; and it would be great if there was an on/off switch on the cord. I previously returned a different one that was flimsy and all you could hear was the hum of the pump. I am very happy with this purchase and I hope it lasts a long time.

Very happy with my purchase. Works well and love the design. Having candles is a plus. Only think I do not like is no switch to turn on / off. Having to plug in for power and unplug when not is use is a negative. It is so peaceful and I do not hear the motor even at night. I added extra rocks and I really enjoy the fountain. Hopefully it will last for a very long time.

The media could not be loaded. Wanted a fountain for the bedroom. It gives a calming sound, not loud and not too soft. It came with some white tea light candles, but I purchased some colored tea light candles and added a few more pebbles. I haven't had issues with splashing but I put a hand towel underneath just in case.

Bought December 2023, started using it August 2024 when I finish moving in my new home. Today is June, 2025, it’s no longer work after 10 months. Put in a request with seller support and waiting to hear back. I hope they have great customer service and take care of this because I really enjoy this beautiful fountain. Will update as soon as it gets resolved.

The media could not be loaded. **Update: Customer service was very helpful and I was able to get the filter to work properly again after some adjustment. It seems to be fine now, so I’m happy it went back to how it started!!Original:I was super excited at first because it seemed perfect and peaceful the first few days. But after a week, the filter started making lots of humming/rumbling noise so that I can barely hear the water trickling. I tried adjusting the water levels and trying to give it breaks from time to time if it is overheating, but I feel like there should not be so many problems after barely 1 week. I have it turned off more than turned on at this point because all the noise from the filter motor is more stressful than relaxing. I’m reaching out to their support and will see what happens. Definitely regret the purchase at this point.

Definitely put on the ow setting otherwise it the sound of the pump is louder than the water. Also put a stone in the top of fountain to help the flow sound stronger. Bought these for Mother’s Day gifts and one for self, no regrets for the price..
