When I choe to go with GNC I was surprised at how quickly they were available, and at the price. (It felt like a local delivery ...) Their smaller size makes for an easier swallow. This has reminded me that it's time to reorder.

My favorite supplement
I take 6/day (3 grams) with grass fed Ghee or olive oil. This product significantly makes me happier at that dose and I notice the effect dramatically compared when I miss a day. It has significantly improved my life.

Ignore the reviews claiming false advertising. The ad does state that the qty is 90, and it is… However, 90 pills is a 45-day supply as the recommended dosage is 2/day.Product was recommended by my doctor.
