Flickering issue resolved of old Ballast compatible with this New Ballast
Works to replace old Ballast(R-2S40-1-TP) for two of the T8 or T12 light fixture. Save some $ by simply replacing Ballast. The old fixture was flickering the T12 lights, then replaced with New T8, still the issue existed. Goolging revealed replace Ballast may resolve the issue.Got this at 15 dollar and help of mapping old fixture cabling in reviews here solved the problem, by combining some old wires to this Ballast's wires. Attached pic of old ballast and how it was mapped to this Ballast's available wires.
