Great light
I like this product, . So far only good reports from all users with symptoms. Not very hard to figure it out. Put the nose piece in your nose and push the button to turn it on. It will shut itself off when done. If u have to quit early then pull the wire out of connection. Go online for time dosage. U should research these lights anyways prior to use so u know what's going on. Nothing invasive, it's only light after all . I've used several different nm levels on different conditions and have seen amazing results in all of them.

It may not help everyone, but it helps me.
I was pleasantly surprised that this actually took the swelling down in my sinuses. It didn’t help too much when I caught a cold, but to help manage my allergies and the congestion that comes with them on a daily base is well worth it. I use a net pot too, btw. Every little bit helps and you don’t need pills/chemicals for relief.

Works great for sinus issues!
It's a simply built but effective product. It works great when I feel sinus issues coming on our have a sinus infection. Seems to help migraines too that are possibly sinus related.

No instructions, don’t fit because of V shape
There are no instructions. The probs are too far apart and angled like a V and won’t go up nose far enough which makes them not stay in place. They keep falling out. I can’t see how this will help since it’s only going up my nose about a 1/2 inch!
