This is an updated review. After taking just 1 capsule this put me in a severe panic attack state.i felt like I could not swallow which just made things worse. If you are bedridden I would suggest you start off with a much lower dose and work up to this dose. I'm not quite sure what happened, but obviously it was too much for my body to handle.

I've been a customer of Nature's Plus products for close to 30 years and haven't been disappointed yet. The company delivers what it states on its products and backs their word with independent analysis.
