Worked ok for 6 months or so, then camera wouldn't pair to the receiver.While it worked, it regularly let out an annoying popping sound through the night, which could disturb sleep for light sleepers.Unfortunately it seems there's no support from the seller if something goes wrong. I'll update this review if any help / replacement / refund is available.

Bought this in Feb 2018 and it has barely lasted 6 months if that and that's with really bad quality signal. The two way chat feature is more or less pointless and you cannot understand the other person at all. Really disappointed

Please can the seller help, this product is just over 6 months old, up until last night I was more than happy with it. At 4 am this morning it started sounding an alarm and switching itself off...... I’ve tried removing the battery & doing a reset but still the same thing after a short period of time it sounds an alarm again & turns off. Not a happy parent !!

The camera itself gives a very good quality image, but the menus and options make it very difficult to use. The monitor also makes a very loud crackling sound at random every 1-10 minutes which wakes me up. If the screen is set to turn off after no sound is made for a minute, there is no way to tell if the monitor is still 'on'. If the screen has automatically turned itself off, it does not allow you to change the volume (I turn the sound down when going into the babies room so as not to wake my partner, but then am unable to alter the volume when I get back into bed.)

The camera started off OK but has now died after nearly two months of usage. For this reason it gets one start.Also:- Sometimes it would just lose connection meaning the camera had to be turned off and on.- There is a delay although this is not really avoidable due to the way it works (sending video).

camera does not sync with portable screen

Flat out just didn't work. Refused to pair with the camera regardless of what I did. Returned it for a refund.

These work like a treat I'm not normally good with things like this but even Incan use them
