I love these! I've been looking for a set of reusable utensils to use for awhile, but I needed to keep it cheap (poor college student life). I also wanted to make sure the set included chopsticks so it could handle any food situation. I keep the set in my purse, or car if it won't fit in purse, so they're on hand whenever I need them. Great for work, camping, or a trip to the mall and you really want that yummy smelling Chinese food but hate the waste of plastic.They are pretty lightweight and kept compact thanks to the case (which is also great if there is anything left on your utensils you can't wash away before getting home, because it won't bleed through and get on anything else). The knife is slightly serrated so can handle any task a plastic knife could, but I'd stick with a steak knife if you want a nice steak. they all feel pretty sturdy, not easily broken or bent even when kept in a purse with other things all the time. My only complaint is that the spoon is more of a soup spoon than your average table spoon, but it is perfectly acceptable for all smaller spoon needs and you can eat soup if you want. And the price really can't be beat. Seriously. Overall a great product great price and lasting purchase.

After doing a bunch of research, I went with this stainless steel set over a bamboo one because I read the bamboo can hold on to smells with time. I love this set, just slightly shorter handles then a regular set of silverware and the chopsticks are much shorter, but still a comfortable fit in my hand. They are a little tight getting back into the pouch after pulling out, but not a deal breaker for me. I carry these in my purse now and use them daily at work with my lunch. They feel nice and sturdy and I'm excited to have a set to carry around so I use less plastic!

I purchased these in several colors for my coworkers as Christmas gifts. We work for a non-profit and I thought it was a nice way to reduce office waste. I asked them each for their favorite color and ordered it in that color. They were happy and thought it was a practical and useful gift! I also purchased these for the nomads in my life.I like the utensil package and the utensils are basic but they get the job done! :)

I like the silverware, and the fact that they are a little smaller than my normal silverware. I pack these in my lunches that I bring to work. I like the quality of the chop sticks, although I haven't had to use them yet. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the case has a weird smell to it that makes me not want to put the silverware in it.

This set is fine. I actually got it to keep at work since there is always a silverware shortage there. The quality seems fine. I love that is comes with chopsticks and the cool orange zipper bag to keep it in. I think for what you get it is a bit expensive since the silverware is nothing special. You could go to the goodwill and pick up some used mismatch silverware and stick in a zipper pouch that you have or you could boy one •.

For me I wanted a set to keep at work and to use during lunch breaks. Our local Chinese restaurant uses flimsy forks and etc. Anyways the set looks like a standard stainless steel set and the chop sticks were fine. My only gripe is that the spoon is a table spoon and not a teaspoon. I usually eat with a teaspoon finding the tablespoon size to be a bit bigger than is comfortable and the tablespoon is used more for serving than eating.I simply swapped the table spoon for a teaspoon from my set at the house that was close to matching and now all is well with my world. Just wanted you to know of the size of the spoon.

If everyone in the world carried a set of these around with us to use instead of plastic, think of how much plastic we could not use in even one day.Now think of that over a year.Such a simple thing we can do.Every choice matters and makes a difference.

I had a set from another vendor my sister bought me which I kept at work and decided to get a 2nd pair to keep in my car or purse for other occasions. I bought these because of the turquoise pouch color which was not available from the other vendors, and the reviews were good. But it was a mistake!These utensils are huge!! The spoon is the size of a serving spoon and the fork has a very deep angle. The sheer size makes it extremely difficult to get the utensils into the neoprene case. Each time I went to put them away or get them out it became a game of Tetris, where I had to remove every piece to get to the piece I wanted. Even if they are placed in the correct order, which finding is like guessing the combination of a top security lock, they are so huge that they barely make it past the thin neck of the case. The fork has such a steep angle that to get it through you have to fold the case or else the prongs will get stuck on the lining of the case. If you try closing them facing upwards, then the case will not zip closed.Besides being difficult to put away, they are extremely heavy!! For being marketed as a portable option, these weight A LOT more than the other pair I was gifted. I tried to carry them in my purse for a few days but I could feel the extra weight instantly. It’s not a huge issue if you’re gonna keep them in a drawer at work or the glove compartment of the car, but definitely too heavy to carry in a purse everyday.Beside that they are excellent quality. They are stainless steel, which makes them hard to bend and means they won’t rust or break. They were very thick, which explains the weight, and made them very durable and sturdy, I wasn’t worried about them bending under pressure. Also the pouch is the same gorgeous color as shown in the picture. So 2 stars for quality and being what was shown in the picture.
