So many recipes!
For context, I’ve just gotten into Korean cooking for the past year or so. I didn’t even know this many variations of kimchi existed!! The book has so many options and it’s definitely suited for an intermediate level, but I recommend it!

I mainly purchased this book for the historical background on kimichi (and it's making). I own 2 Koreean cookbooks w same recipes in there already. Its a beautiful book w pictures to accompany each recipe. Kimchi is a staple food of my native land and I wanted to learn more about. Many of Westerner friends love my kimchi and can't wait to make some Oi-Mulkimchi for the next office party :)

The book is great,it is giving to you a clear information. I recommend to people to be serious about how to do Kimchi. Easy to follow. I enjoy a lot the book and continue to explore their recipes.
