Great great product at a good price which is easy to take in a coffee instead of breakfast and often curbs any hunger till lunch and sometimes even late afternoon dinner. Had a little side effects down below but only for a day and nothing too bad or embarrassing. Suffer from chronic IBS and bloating and with a Keto diet and C8 MCT oil have found symptoms almost eradicated. I would go carnivore to completely calm IBS but this is a goal rather than actual daily diet at present. I’ve ordered the oil to help with weight loss. I have been struggling to lose the last 12lb after loosing 5 stone over the last few years. After trying the oil I feel quite happy with it it doesn’t have a taste so it’s not hard to take and have already lost 2 lbs after taking it for 2 days! Easy to swallow and taste isn't to bad

I heard about this oil on Youtube and I can confirm that this is a POWER HOUSE of the oil. I don't know for other people but I feel super concentrated for hours and overall feel much better that notherwise. Seems to help with my chronic fatigue due to lot of work and little sleep. Great stuff!

I been buying this stuff for a ketogenic diet on and off for a couple of years now and I can say it's very good to help get you into ketosis quickly, I have 1 tablespoon ever morning for the first week then move up to 2 tablespoons for a following 2 weeks then stop for 6 to 8 weeks and repeat. This is not a magic bullet to lost weight but it can help .... I've lost 10 stone in the last 2 years with zero exercise due to disable. In my opinion the key to my weight lose is the want to lost it and 90% of what i eat. After 3 weeks on this stuff I dont cook with any fat or oils and just grill all my meal / fish and only eat green vegetables, no sugar / sweeteners and zero fruit

Before the C8 I was using the extra virgin coconut oil that you can get from the stores and then read about this product. Definitely this is a huge upgrade from what I was using before and the support from the retailer is always there. I followed the advice about how to take this product and it has worked wonders when it comes to boosting my endurance when working out. In my case, I'm a runner. It also aided in my weight loss but remember like with any other supplement this is part of a diet and exercise routine, so only then will you get to see and feel the results of using the C8 at its best.

So i have only been using this brand for a few days now so i cant really comment on the actual product. But, the amount of wasted oil just trying to poor a teaspoon full is crazy. I read a couple of reviews mentioning this but i didn't really pay attention cause I'm quite capable of pouring a teaspoon of oil. Nope, every single time i waste maybe 50% which not only means I'm not only wasting it but i never really get the exact amount i should be taking. Unless they fix the bottle i wont be repurchasing unfortunately as its a silly reason not to buy something

Dieses MCT-Öl teste ich zum ersten Mal. Ehrlich gesagt kann ich noch nichts genaues über die Qualität sagen, aber bis Dato ist es durchaus gut. Ich werde es wahrscheinlich nochmal kaufen. :-) Den Kokosgeschmack spüre ich zwar überhaupt nicht raus, aber das ist derzeit zweitrangig. Was mich eher ein wenig stört ist die Flasche (ich habe die Plastikflasche bestellt). Ich bekomme es nie hin, das Öl irgendwo hinzuzugeben, ohne etwas Öl an der Flasche herunterzulaufen zu haben. Sei es mit Löffel oder aus dem Flaschenhals...Aber naja... Ansonsten bin ich bis jetzt zufrieden! :-)

Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell, der Preis ist angemessen im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern. Der Geschmack ist neutral.
