This chair is amazing and has comforted me during so many migraines, cluster headaches, pulled muscles and back pain. It’s small enough to keep in my bedroom so I always keep it set up right near my bed. It’s probably my most used Amazon purchase ever. I used to have a big massages chair that weighed probably 400 lbs. and cost way more but this little one is much better

This is a fantastic chair for the price. We have had it 4 months now and have loved every minute of it.It is quite comfortable to sit in. The back reclines freely (after unlocking), so you can adjust it exactly how you like. The neck and back massagers are able to be adjusted up and down to target specific areas or for us short people. That being said, if the chair is in the upright position, I'm too short for the neck massage even in the lowest setting. However, I just sit on a small pillow or recline slightly.The massagers do their job. They are tough little buggers. This is not just a vibration, it's a good massage. My husband and 90% of the people that have tried it, love it. The other 10%, are more sensitive (like me) or very thin (not me). I toss my throw over it and use it or pop on a sweatshirt. Then, I join the other 90% that love it. Be careful that you don't overdo it at first. We used it an hour(each) the night we got it. The next day we were tender, but totally worth it.We've only folded it up once and that was to move it. We use it multiple times daily. It is sturdy, no issues. It comes fully assembled so no issues there. Just unfold, plug in, and enjoy.In case you haven't figured it out, we highly recommend this product.

I was looking for a replacement folding massage chair when the brand I’d had for many years began literally tearing itself up. It came quickly and looks beautiful. Still trying to figure out how to find and set the pins that lock it upright. The low back setting is wonderful though as others noted, at its lowest setting the “neck” roller firmly rolls the base of my skull. Sure wish it were on my neck! Still it is so much better than the old one that kept jamming and I hope it lasts as long with daily use! Thank you.

OK, so I bought this chair during the pandemic because I was working anywhere from 5 to 10 days in a row. It was a great way to relax me and here I am still with said chair. I recently had a Tummy tuck and lipo, however my schedule does not allow for multiple lymphatic massages in a week...soooo this chair has really come in handy with getting the job done on my back in between appointments. I couldn't imagine not having it!!!! I want one for my upstairs area now. My husband would probably benefit.

I have a pulled muscle in my back that has caused severe pain . After doing rehab weekly . I purchased this chair use it every morning and afternoon . Amazing the heat is perfect not to much .

There is a design failure in this chair. The controls are on armrest, so you can’t rest your arm on the armrest without changing the controls. The company will not pay for return shipping, and it cost more to ship the chair than it does to buy the chair. I am highly unsatisfied, Dave.

Wow what a great product. Bought this due to PT recommending back massage for compounded injuries (happens when having fun in life 😁) Got this product due to its ability to be portable and did not have any expectations of this unit being better than the larger fixed back massage chair we have at home (I joy I think). Anyway this chair is faaarrrr better and does s great job with back and neck massage especially with heat right before doing stretching and strengthening exercises. A must have for those desiring a great back and neck massage. Great product I am recommending to all of my friends without reservation. Will update review if any problems occur since I have owned this for only 2 weeks but loving the chair!Followup - what a great purchase, it is still running like a champ and it is pretty quiet as well. It has helped relieve arthritic middle back pain through use twice a day. Really nice that it is compact and fairly light so easy to move around, but still as noted well built. This was a replacement after I previously Bought a Comfier chair which i pretty much identical to this except it was black and the control was not embedded in the arm which i found to be a problem. The Comfier chair lasted about a year and luckily i purchased the extended warranty because lower shiatsu gears stripped. sent it back and got full credit and got this chair after 6 months the lower shiatsu rollers make a horrible squeaking sound. it still works and is not stripped but very annoying. i haven't decided if i want to open it and try to maybe lube it or just file another claim and send back. fortunately i saved the box this time. also don't care for the embedded control in the arm as it gets turned off if i rest my arm there. Also want to mention im 6' 0" and weigh about 225lbs. Ive only reclined this back a couple times as it really labors the unit and potentially shorten the life of chair even more.****Update****Customer support reached out to me it was agreed that I could keep the chair and they Gave me a 60 % refund. Increased from 3 to 4 stars for customer support.
