Although the item indicates it works with Androids, it does not. The flash drive requires an app to work which only seems to be available for Apple devices. Amazon tech support could not find an Android app and issued me a refund.

I would not have bought this particular USB device if the description was clear in its origin being China. There are enough problems with hacking without inviting a foreign country direct access to my iPhone contact list and notepad.

Backing up my ipad is important to me. But the “menu” on this device is confusing and the way the photos come in dont seem to be in any particular order. It claims to do files also, but haven’t figured that one out. Does backup addresses book.

I’m pretty tech 70 and I can’t seem to get it to upload all of my pictures from my iPhone. I do have a lot of pictures but there should be plenty of space on this. And it takes hours! Not fast at all.

I purchased one to use on my 128gb iPhone - very easy app to install and download everything. This thing is amazing!

tried to move pics from iphone 6s to ipad, you have to use their application and can only transfer one pic at a time. useless
