Worth it
I've had this chair for years now and I use it every day as my office chair. It's still comfortable and works perfectly. I can say the massage part is nothing more than a vibrating pillow which isn't really of any use. But the pillow itself is great.

Does the job, starts being less comfy after using it for a long while.
This chair does what it needs to do. It’s great for larger people like me, who need a bigger seat to fit. The lean feature is surprisingly great the neck pillow is good for supporting my neck. The massage and leg rest function isn’t used much since the massage is a bit weaker than I’d like, and my legs are too heavy for the leg rest. After using it for almost two years, the seat’s starting to smush together, making it more firmer than before. If I need a new chair, I’ll probably pass on gaming chairs as a whole and stick with a good office chair next time.

Good Value
First let me begin by saying those who rated this product with one star could not have received the product I did.Did I have problems: YesMy 80 year old eyes could not read the instruction manual:Adapt, overcome, I scanned the manual at 300 DPI and displayed it on my 27” iMac. Problem solved, I could read it from the floor where I spent my assembly time.Parts did not align:I used a round shaft Phillips head screwdriver to bring the parts together.I liked the screws being in place instead of a plastic bag you rip open and then chase things that disappear into dark places. All of the parts are well made and very sturdy.Would a second person have helped. I have never played well with others and by the time I explained what I wanted I could do it myself.Once the seat and back were assembled it became problematic sliding onto the base.Adapt, overcome, remember I’m 80. I tipped the seat/back upside down and braced it against a low dresser. It was then easy to lift the base in place. Tipped it upright and was ready to go.This is a very comfortable chair, it’s very adjustable, from upright to full recline. I have slept in the chair with no discomfort in the morning. The chair has taken the place of a computer chair and a recliner freeing up a bunch of space in my home office. One year on, still like the chair but has developed a squeak that I can not resolve, no amount of lube has fixed it.Obviously I can not reach the problem.

Great build quality, just not for wider thighs.
EDIT 9/30/2020Alright so I've had this chair for almost a year now. I'm gonna go ahead and just say that unfortunately I think I'll be shelling out another $150+ for a different chair. Since this is my first "gaming" chair, I won't speak for all chairs of this style but this specific chair is really starting to irritate me. First and foremost it's still not as comfortable as a big cushiony office chair would be. Which doesn't make any sense to me because you'd think comfort would be a major selling point for gamers. The other big issue I have with this chair is the horrible squeaking this thing has developed around the sides where the seat and back are screwed together. I tried loosening the bolts and making sure they were threaded properly and just recently I even applied a healthy amount of bolt grease to see if that would help. It has not. Fact of the matter is, I was sold on the glamour of "gamer" specific accessories and found out the hard way that this chair isn't worth the price I paid for it. Again, I won't speak on any other companies products but this one just doesn't do it for me. I'd also like to point out that I bought this chair for the explicit need of one that could handle a heavier set male, and that's what this products features advertise yet the horrible squeaking tells otherwise. Bottom line is, don't buy this chair. If you're going to invest $150+ get a heavy duty office chair off amazon or from a big box store.Original Review:So the chair is a really well built chair, but for the bigger gentlemen out there looking for a chair that will support their weight, this has some slight downfalls. It’ll support your weight no problem, it’s began to make some creaking noises when I rock back and forth, but the biggest thing that kind of disappointed me was the seat itself. The area where you would sit is a little narrow for those of us who have wider thighs, the sidebars that raise up at an angle away from the seat are not soft and might irritate the sides of your legs with bruises if you’re used to spreading your legs a bit when sitting. That being said, the chair itself is great, I would just suggest looking at their other models that don’t have those sidebars coming out of the seat, all of which will still support our weight as bigger guys (or so the description says). Just be aware of that part, other than that, it’s very heavy duty, wasn’t difficult to put together, and the recline feature is great, I don’t feel like I’m going to tip over at all.
