At Last!
At last a book that is what it says it is ,unlike most of the self published ,unedited , no photographs nonsense .Brilliant book ,simple ,well set out , good photos, loads of recipes ,deserves a glowing review.

The best "cookbook" I own
I love this book - there are so many interesting recipes to try that my salad is never boring. I have had it for a few weeks now and have tried several recipes with great success. Some dressings turn out so well you just want to eat them with the spoon. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to make their salads more interesting. The only criticism I have is that the book doesn't offer suggestions of what type of salad will go with which dressing.

Full of good recipes
There is a very full range of dressing recipes in this book. More than you will ever need.

Less than 140 recipes, not ‘over 200’ as claimed
Pros: attractively presented recipes with plenty of photos.Cons:- The cover states over 200 Recipes. There are in fact less than 140. Even adding variations, the total is still well under 200. The claim of over 200 recipes is misleading and a blatant misrepresentation.- The index is not very useful, being an alphabetical list of recipes. What is missing is an index by ingredient so for example if I want a recipe with anchovies, it would tell me which recipes have anchovies as an ingredient.I have resorted to making my own index! See photos.

What a brilliant book - definitely recommended
At last a book with all the 'basic' dressings, PLUS lots of great easy ideas with plenty of variety to use the abundance of recipes. I am so pleased I bought this book at the start of the summer. It is going to be used a lot over the coming months.
