Tastes like sugar, but doesn’t have the same sweetening power
In some ways, this product is the answer to a prayer. I’ve been having intense cravings for something sweet since cutting sugar out of my diet. I can’t do most sugar free sweeteners because they upset my stomach, and monk fruit does not taste like sugar despite what people say. Allulose tastes like sugar. It looks like powdered sugar and has a similar taste and texture. My only gripe with it is that it really doesn’t sweeten much compared to actual sugar; the serving size in my coffee (1 tsp) is not noticeable at all, and it’s too expensive to dump as massive amount in to try to taste it over the bitterness of the coffee. I used it to make some sugar free chocolate candies and had to use like twice the amount as stated in the original recipe (which called for stevia), but it does taste good and there is no disgusting aftertaste like there is with monk fruit. So far, it hasn’t upset my stomach either.

Meh...I Think I Can Do Better Than This Product.
My fault for the oversight of the 3 grams of carbs per teaspoon as clearly listed on the Nutrition Facts. Honestly, had that registered, I would have saved $10. The sweetening power of this product is not worth the amount of carbs that would have to be employed per use. That being said, I wouldn't buy again, nor would I recommend to anyone doing keto or another low carb WOE. Product won't go to waste, however...it would be worth using as a finishing sugar, such as to dust a confection as a final step. In this way, this tiny bag will last me quite some time, and I'll never need to buy it again.

Pricey but good
The bag is quite small for the price. Because it's 70% the sweetness of sugar, it takes more to notice the sweetness and therefor not economical. However, in place of using liquid stevia and it opens the door to more applications as some items don't go well with super intense sweetness in stevia liquid form.... say like sugaring a donut or something... this would work great! Hope the price can come down :)

Great
I was looking for something to put in my Cafix in the morning since I can't eat too much sugar. This definitely fits the bill. I have all sorts of wonderful digestive issues and so far I haven't had any adverse reaction to this product.

Nasty aftertaste. Not like my usual allulose.
I’ve been using a different brand of allulose for almost a year and it’s great. I bought this to cook with but before I could, I ran out of my usual brand so I used this in my coffee. And let me tell you, it was so bad. My other brand has no aftertaste. And for some reason I can’t return this. It’s going in the trash. Nasty.

Price or Quality, What is most important?
To expensive to use casually. But when make an extra special dessert it is an excellent product. Highly recommend.

Weighs less than stated.
This product seemed light for 7 oz. When I weighed it in the unopened bag, the weight is only 6.5 oz. I'm not sure how much the packaging weighs, the product plus packaging should weigh more than the advertised weight of the product.
