I recently got my first gun!! :) So I have been going to different shooting ranges to test and play with my new toy! However, I have earing those small tiny in the ear muffs and I also hate having to pay $5 to rent earmuffs! So I decided to finally buy my own.These earmuffs are great!!! They are made from thick durable solid ABS foam! The foam really helps with noise reduction. I have used them twice so far and the fit is spot on. They are easily adjustable and fit really comfortably. My wife was able to use them on her smaller head and she said they fit her well too! The ear cushions are soft and comfortable. I have large ears and they completely wrap around my whole ear. I accidentally dropped them the first time I got them on solid concrete and they did not break and barely even scratched! I love how they have some yellow to them, that give them a little style look and makes them stand out incase you’re somewhere with a lot of people shipping.Like I said, I have used them at the range and they worked like a dream! I also used them when I was cutting the grass, just to test them out. And I could barely even hear my push mower! That really says a lot about these!! Highly recommended for shipping, construction, lawn work, or even to tune out ambient noise.

I was pleasantly surprised to find these ear protectors to be exactly as advertised. They are light, comfortable, reasonably priced and are very quiet. I tried them for the first time at a very busy range and found I could be comfortable with all the firing without adding additional ear plugs like I usually do.I like that even though they are snug fitting, they did not become uncomfortable even after a few hours of use. They are compact and highly visible. Perfect for a busy outdoor range. The band on the top is metal and they are built solid. These should last a long time.Overall: I am giving this a five-star rating based on my criteria below. I bought these because I have Schlitz. episodes and at times I find my self working around the house on projects and noises just distract me from focusing on my work.. These are really great too for balancing outside and indoor noise.. For example some noises in my head would be really loud but I knew they weren't from outside.. Like say sirens from police and ambulances..My mind would make them up.. And I would have problems differentiating those or they would get way louder than they should be.. Now wearing these I could hear myself, hear my breathing and heart beat. And feel how muddled the noises around me are when I am wearing these.. It also has helped my head adjust the noise level of things.. Because I would know these loud noises are fake.. I am wearing earmuffs right now.. So the brain would realize and sort of correct this..

My husband is a construction manager and has to frequently visit school construction sites while on the job. I was looking for a good set of earphones to save his hearing for more important things (such as hearing his lovely children at home)! I happened upon these here and they really are perfect! They cut out pretty much all the noise and they are comfortable as well! I like how they can be used for a variety of things though, such as travel and shooting ranges as well, so they will get plenty of use. :)) Can't even hear the kids fighting at home... ;) 5 stars for a great pair of job-related noise-cancelling headphones. They "fit like a glove" and are adjustable to various head sizes. I am really happy I made this purchase! :)

These head phone are Outstanding and a great deal!! I had some very pricey Peltor's and they were stolded so I needed a new pair and did about 4 hours of research on just what the NRR means and do I really need to spend 50 or 100 buck's on ear muff's... The answer is No, The NRR is important but I am an amiture target shooter so i'm around lot's of very loud guns going off at the same time and these ear muff's work just perfect. I will say if your using them for shooting you really want to get a NRR of 30 or higher. These are 34 and work perfect. and I paid $10.99Very Happy!!
