Spider's Web Super Light Bass Guitar Strings for 4 String Bass

These guys are AWESOME! Their strings are really well made and sound great - nice, big sound, killer tone (no pun intended). And at these prices, I can afford to always have fresh strings on, instead of milking some expensive set until they're dead. Plus, KCG's service is incredible - once I received a different gauge string than I order, but knew I would I'd use them, so I contacted them to see if I could just buy another set of the gauge I wanted. Before I knew it, they sent me a free set, plus a bonus set of some new ones they were rolling out AND a free guitar strap! Who does that? (Well, these KCG does, apparently). I highly recommend them!

Great price, great strings so far so good. Put them on a short scale bass fit just right in the pocket, will need to trim but not hard for even a beginning guitar trek. Would be good for a mikro Ibanez bass, but like I said just have to trim the length and your good to go. Thanks again keep up the "Killer"work. Peace.

Picked these up for a special bass project I’ve been working on. Tone is amazing, sound new but feel broken in. I was really happy with my last set of KSG strings, figured I’d give these a shot. Awesome, go buy them

Not bad quality. Very round sound for sure. The only issue I really have is the outer core of the E string (.095) is too short for the bass I am using it for. It is a 32in scale string through design so I thought it would be fine. Not really. So now it buzzes like crazy since the string is a couple mm lower than it is supposed to be. The fix I had to do is put a small piece of paper folded up in the string slot of the neck.Apart from this, the strings are decent. I've definitely payed more for worse sounding strings.

I love these strings! And they arrived in two days! Bought the extra-light and medium bass strings and have been playing the lights, they are smooth on the fingers and have a really nice bright tone. Add to that the great price! I couldn't be happier.

The 4th string broke after 15 minutes of use. It seems like it unraveled and then snapped

A Good set of strings for beginners and intermediate players. Not for pros. I have been playing the bass for almost 40 years now and playing for living for the past 25 years. The tone of the strings are very scooped which is not bad ( good slapping tone),but the output of the each strings are extremely different. A string is much softer than E, and G string is very loud. I play in a lot of shows using IEMs ( not club or bar gigs. Actual shows) I had to change the strings during the intermission of the show since I felt uncomfortable to play. I would say a good set of strings for budget minded bass players who are not very picky about the tone :)
