Excellent simple monitor priced right. This monitor has great audio reception and the video works well day and night (infrared).The 2-way microphone system allows us to talk to our grandson if we notice he has woken from his nap early.We purchased this monitor for our first grandchild back in 2022 which matched what our daughter had bought for their house. It was worked very well for the past 2+ years. Since this model's documentation indicated that it could support up to 4 cameras, we decided to try to get an additional camera for another room (and another grandchild). I wasn't able to find an exact match of the camera alone, so I purchased another entire system.Unfortunately, enough time had elapsed between the two systems manufacturing date that we weren't able to make either system pare up with the other system's camera. Each system works perfectly fine with their own camera/monitor combination.An email to their tech support let us know that in that 2 year period, there was a software update that occurred to the newer systems, which made them incompatible with the older camera.They have offered to send us an additional upgraded system so both cameras can be compatible with either monitor system. This was unexpected and totally beyond typical technical support for a product.Both product and support gets 5-stars in my book.

Just arrived, charges the unit and used the next day works great. Bought to check up on my 90 year old Dad that still works in his work shop. Just what I needed. Arrived quickly and in great condition.

I would have given this video baby monitor a five-star review, but turning the home base monitor off is a pain in the rear. You must press and hold the power button longer than is intuitive for it to shut down completely. The button is in an awkward location so I fail nearly every time to shut it down properly. If you have already unplugged the camera, a loss of connection beep will sound if the home base is left on. Very frustrating.Otherwise it's a great inexpensive system. The camera works in a light or dark room. The sound pick up is good. The picture is excellent.

Also, one of my favorite features is the ability to link additional cameras to the same monitor.If you are on the fence about investing in a baby monitor, trust me—this one is it. We purchased this monitor for our first child back in 2022. We love the simplicity of the system and that it does not rely on using a smartphone or wifi to acess its video and audio. The video quality is perfect, the sound is perfect, and the sound indicators at the top of the monitor are a nice touch too if you dont want the screen on. We bought an add on camera when our second child arrived in 2023 and the setup invovled in adding the additional camera was extremely straight forward when following the included directions. The monitor unfortunately just stopped turning on for us this month (March 2025). We didn’t mind making another purchase of the monitor bundle with a camera as we hope to have a third child at some point in the future so the third camera will come in handy. However, our old cameras would not pair to the new monitor, so we were left with only one monitor and one functional camera. I reached out to their customer support email and got a response within 24 hours that informed me they made an update to the monitors and that unfortunately the old camera are not longer compatible. They also informed me that they would send me another monitor and camera bundle for the inconveinence. Overall, we’ll be back to having two cameras soon and have a backup monitor in case we run into any issues like we did in the recent past. 10/10 would recommend for video quality, sound quality, ease of use, ease of setup, and excellent customer service.

We actually stopped using a very expensive brand one and switched to this. I am so sad I didn't just buy this to begin with - its perfect and juuuust what you need! I will say my one gripe with it is that it will cut out often, so I wish it had an antenna. Its not major at all but still worth noting. Its also SUPER LOUD when its trying to tell you the battery is low but I suppose that is a good thing. Charge is fairly good - I'd say it has a solid 10 hour charge?

Reliable camera, night vision is good. I use it for my dad who has Alzheimer’s when he is in his room. He hasn’t noticed it at all as it is very small. Very good camera although it has recently started delaying or freezing the picture
