Best prenatals
Highly recommend these prenatal vitamins for their balanced formulation. One reviewer incorrectly claimed they contain 48 mg of vitamin B6, but that is inaccurate—they have 30 mg, which aligns with evidence-based recommendations for a healthy pregnancy (I verified this in multiple scientific publications). I’ve personally had excellent experiences with Theralogix products: I credit their preconception supplement, Ovavite, with supporting my successful pregnancies at 41 and 43 despite extremely low ovarian reserve. It felt only natural to continue with their prenatal vitamins.

Love those the multivitamins does taste gross
Like most prenatal the multivitamin tastes pretty gross and is like taking a horse pill, in other words it’s pretty big! I do have take it with juice so I don’t gag. The do feel they are really good quality because I do feel good after taking them! I love that on the back it has the days of the week so I know if I forget to take them (thank you pregnancy 🧠) I believe the value is definitely there for the money as you have quite a supply from one order.

Best prenatal
We researched many different brands but we felt like this was the best one. Easy to take and was also highly recommended. I did end up taking choline in addition.

Quality has gone down hill
This is my second pregnancy ordering these. Loved and had no issues last pregnancy. This time around I continue to have issues. They don’t tear off which is the convenience of them, plus the most recent batch all the pink pills have white and some black spots which look like mold (right side of image) vs the all pink which they normally are (left side) very concerned to take these with them looking like this and being pregnant if it is indeed mold. Very disappointing especially for what these cost.

Healthy mama and baby!
These have been so great for me during my pregnancy. I haven’t had to add anything extra (iron, etc.). They do make your pee turn bright yellow at times after taking them. I take them at night after dinner and haven’t had any issues.

Great prenatal, but take with food!!!
Generally speaking, I liked these prenatals and think they are helping me a lot in my first trimester! However, it is a MUST to take these with a very full meal, preferably in the evening.I had my midwife check these out for me, as well as doing some research myself. I was very pleased to find that these contain the right levels of the necessary vitamins for pregnant women. I am also still breastfeeding my firstborn and I think these vitamins are part of the reason why I am still able to keep up with the physical demand of breastfeeding while newly pregnant. With my first pregnancy, I was nauseous all day for probably the first four months and I wasn’t on a very good prenatal. This time around, I find that I am less nauseous if I am consistent about taking these prenatals every evening. That being said… I can’t take these in the morning or on an empty stomach. Even taking them with a light meal gives me trouble. The two times I tried taking them in the morning with breakfast, I threw everything up. Instead, I have to take them in the evening right after a very full meal, usually dinner. If I do it that way, everything stays down with a little help from a Tums or some sprite. And getting it in my system in the evening seems to greatly reduce my nausea the following day.Constipation is an issue, but that’s common with most iron supplements anyway and is somewhat expected. No issues with mold so far.Overall this has been a great prenatal and I only removed one star for the nausea I experience when taking them. A bit of trial and error helped me figure out when I can stomach them and then from that point on it’s been fine!

High quality product easy to swallow!
These prenatals that I bought for my daughter came highly recommend for their quality by her health conscious pediatric chiropractor. We took her word for her high opinion on this product since we have complete trust in her research. They seemed pricey until you do the math on the quantity you get since there are three months worth. I love the fact they have no artificial eyes in them my daughter reports that they are easy to swallow. This is huge because she can’t take ones that are not. She said only the one pill has a little taste but it’s not bad at all compared to other brands she tried.

Individual packaging
Individual packaging per day I was worried would be annoying but it’s honestly so helpful to remember to take it. One less thing to think about with brain fog. My hair and nails have grown so much. No bad fish taste from the fish oil one.
