I am delighted to find theses, as my previous source of supply was Dr. Scholl’s, and they stopped making these years ago out of this same material, but then they switched to something else that was absolutely useless. These work on dry areas if you are gentle, but I found the most efficient way is immediately after a bath with dried off areas, gently rub and the callouses just roll off easily down to the softer skin. These are great!

These files work well on heel calluses. I wish both sides were the course grit since I have little use for the fine grit. I get tough calluses on my feet in the summer from going barefoot and wearing sandals. My only complaint about these files is they wear out really fast so I have to keep buying more so it gets expensive.

I was pleasantly surprised how well this foot file works. I like that there is a coarse side and fine side. After reading some reviews on other foot files - and seeing how they can file too much - I did more research and found this product. It's doesn't tear up your feet and smoothes them out quite nicely. An added bonus is that this is a 3-pack.

This style product is now harder to find in stores (Bed Bath Beyond, etc.) and yet this is one of my favorites since it is reasonably gentle, yet does the job (that being said, I do practice regular pedi-care). One side is great for "filing" and other side is a good finisher. I use it a couple times a week for light maintenance. Be careful with the handle however, it can snap off -- definitely hold the handle close down to where the file starts. Don't hold the handle toward the top!

Although this foot file did work on filing away cracked skin on my feet, it is very flimsy and felt like it would break whenever I used it.

everyone needs a foot file! file your nasty feet people!These files are fine. Cheap. But as with any sandpaper file it's going to wear down and need to be replaced so why spent tons of $ on a better one. These work as intended and it's a pack of 3 so you have your replacements ready.

very effective and inexpensive way of keeping your feet smooth. I have very bad rough heels and I have found that these foot files work the best for me. I use them about every two weeks. Highly recommend.

Pros: Easy to hold and they're larger than most you would buy from online. Low price.Cons: the two sides had no difference in grit, and it flexed a bit too much to be easy to use, and you can easily apply too much pressure and end up flinging it onto the ground.All in all I would rather spend a little more and possibly get a similar wooden version of these that don't flex nearly as much.
