It just works.
Unsure why there are complaints, but it fits my Note Air 4C like a glove. Given that the Note Air is fairly thin to begin with, this cover feels like just the appropriate width. It protects well without bulking things up. The magnets that hold the case to the Boox are remarkably strong. The ones on the front are weaker and are designed to lightly hold the cover closed. It's all just an appropriate size, thickness, and allows the Boox to be propped up in several different ways.Bottom line, it just works.

Falls quite short of most tablet-cover standards.
Almost a year in... my only complaint is that they could've designed a little more protection to keep the pencil from sliding out. And it collects fingerprints fairly easily... I almost never use the kickstand fold feature because... well, it's awkward. I greatly prefer the kickstand designs of my Galaxy and Surface tablets.I'm not sure it provides very adequate rigidity protection for the Note either, as I'm always a little more paranoid about pressure points in my backpack than with my other devices... so I guess, factoring in what I paid for this thing... I dont really like the cover design very much. The little flaccid magnet flap dingly thing is annoying too. All in all, an awful design for the price.

Received returned item - box damaged but product ok
As the title - box was obviously a returned item - small rips and even label residue. However, the product seems to be without defect.Yes, as others have noted, the port is covered when the cover is closed; will need to charge with the case open. Flap does securely hold the pen in place, magnets for holding the device are robust. Folding to stand either horizontal or vertical does work but seems awkward - I don't see myself using that functionality anyway. This is the second case I purchased, the first from an aftermarket manufacturer. This is much slimmer and sleeker and my preferred case.

Great Product
This case is well-made and has exceeded my expectations for usability. I wanted a case to complement my use of the Boox for reading and writing. Even though the case doesn't have a handle, I was pleasantly surprised that, in the origami configuration, I could easily and comfortably hold the tablet while reading. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Skip it. Not a case, not even close.
Cover. It's a cover. Not a case. You lay it on a table, set your Boox on it, and then fold the cover over. It's like a burrito. Except a burrito actually envelops, dare I say, encases it's contents. This is a terrible burrito. And it's a mediocre, WAY too expensive, sorry excuse for a cover. -EDIT The magnets in this thing actually keep it attached to the Boox. So it stays put. STILL not a great cover, though.

Beware: no charge port hole
Case is great quality but be aware there is not a hole to charge the device through the case. So you either charge with the case open or you flip the case around so that way the charge port is on the side with the fla. If you do the latter you need to be mindful of the pencil because you'll have to keep it elsewhere when the tablet is chargin. How can this have been overlooked?
