Good choice for salads
Good choice for salads - Korean style. Nice texture with eggs - omelette etc. Ordered few times already and will do again.Note 1: only one bag is coming despite pic of 4 - still reasonable price imo.Note 2: before consuming, soak in ample amount of hot water for ~20 min and carefully wash after.

It is not good, and probably not safe to digest. It is all slimy when soaked.
