I love these adjustable dumbbells. They don't take up too much space in my home gym, I'm able to get multiple weights out of one, basically. The weights are also perfect for me, at 5, 10, 15, and 20, since that's usually all I use for arms. It's easy to twist the handle to adjust between the plates, dumbbells can get super pricey, but this dumbbell is a great value, overall very happy with this purchase.
