This book is phenomenal!"Pause to Think" is an easy read, it's hyper efficient, and it's jam packed with things that will make you think about...how you think!It's helped me reframe how I think about happinessIt has a wonderful framework for decision making and (perhaps most importantly) regret minimization. (Say goodbye to meme stocks and crypto....no more FOMO for you!)It has lots of wonderful tidbits...my favorite is to swap out "I have to" with "I GET to, particularly when it pertains to driving my kids to their various activities. It made me realize I'm lucky to be with them.So go order a copy!
