Great for endurance

I have tried a few Ashwagandha supplements with KSM-66 and also without it, and so far this has been the most effective. I felt the effects the same day but I realize everyone is different and it can take up to a few days for it to work. This endurance formula has allowed me to work my 12 hour days doing over 20,000 steps a lot smoother. I also have been in better moods at work which is important to me. Naturewise seems to always deliver. I love this product but the only thing I wish is that it could be a little cheaper. It has dropped in price though which is nice. When it initially came out it was close to $40 dollars but now around mid-twenties which is definitely reasonable. Although I think the product is worth the money at $40, it is nice that it is cheaper since it only lasts a month.

I took this for 30 days and just finished the bottle last week. I had my second child 5 months ago and was ready to start getting back into shape and feeling myself. Right around the same time I joined a local gym and knew I would need something..anything to keep me motivated. I truly feel that this supplement helped with my stamina and my energy. One thing that really surprised me was how much it increased my libido! I know this single handedly has got me back to my old self/before I had kids in that regard. This has helped my marriage ha! I am so happy I tried this and will absolutely be continuing with this supplement.

I like that it is all natural and doesn't make me jittery at all. I am working long hours to give me energy. Since I have been using this product I can feel that I am not mentally drained. There is a change.

I placed my first order on July 16th and already placed another order on July 29th! I have noticed increased energy, calmness, and I have sustained an overall better mood since taking this supplement. I had never tried this product before and this is the only repeat purchase I have ever made on an item such as this. It is very helpful and works great with zero side effects.

I love the ashwagandha for endurance! It’s given me such a boost of energy through out the day and even helped post workout to increase my recovery. Big plus that it’s gluten free and doesn’t have any unnecessary fillers! Thank you Naturewise for creating this product

Its is great to find a product that is vegetarian diet friendly. I love not only is it Ashwagandha but it is catered for athletes and those that just want an extra boost. I will definitely purchase this product on a regular basis.
