Setup Software Flagged by Antivirus
Setup for connection with wifi went smoothly. However, the software used to set printer drivers was flagged by my antivirus application as a security threat. There's also no way to add the printer to your computer without using that software. Not worth the risk.

It worked! (with just a little bit of help)
I bought this for a friend. He has a Windows network with legacy computers and he needed a laptop upgrade. I bought him a used Lenovo (in great shape) and put Linux Mint 22 on it. Linux picked up all of my wireless printers without a hiccup, but I had to be sure that I would be able to get the laptop to print to his legacy hard wired printers. After an entire day of pulling my hair out, I decided to contact Xiiaozet customer service and ask for some help. The response came within HOURS and was in perfect English with screenshots. I followed the instructions and connected a legacy test printer to the Linux laptop within 2 minutes. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Thank you, Xiiaozet!

Great unit!
This print server works great in my Windows 11 environment! It brought my old HP Laserjet 1320 USB printer into the modern era of WIFI printing. PS: After I wrote this review, the company was nice enough to advise me how to use this product for MAC computers as well. Although the quick installation tool is not yet available for Macs like it is for Windows, I was able to successfully install this print server on my Mac book Pro using the manual method suggested by the company and which is also shown in the instruction manual.

It is a backdoor
This device connects back to China. It establishes a full VPN connection into China even when you disable the cloud functionality. I confirmed this by hacking the device and viewing the configuration. The VPN it establishes gives them access to your home network. This is a full VPN. Your home will be connected back to servers in China if you install this device, turning off the cloud functionality does not disable that, and you do not have visibility into when or how they enter your home network. My advice is do not buy this device unless you know how to segregate things on your network into VLANs.

Not a bad system but didn't work with label printers.
I'd have given it 5 stars if my USB label printer had responded to its signals. The embedded web page configuration is very easy to use and the features are very good otherwise.
