Great Extension Cable, just what I need for my Amazon Echo, 2nd Edition !
The reason I had to buy this is that I replaced my Amazon Dot in the bathroom with the New Echo (2nd Edition), as the Dot was just mow powerful enough when playing music.The old system had a USB socket and I used a USB extension cable, to run it from the mains socket in the hallway into the bathroom, but as the power supply on the New Echo (like the original Echo too) has this type of plug/socket.It is of course stupid to run mains into the bathroom hence the need to run this cable (the Dot and New Echo, both run on 5v but the Dot is 9W and the New Echo 21W, probably the reason for the different fittings, so you can't put the wrong power supply on the wrong device.Funnily enough for me 20 feet plus the length of the lead on the power supply plug was EXACTLY the length I needed, how lucky was that, as all other lengths were either 3 metres (I would need 2, even then it would have been too short) or 5 metres.This 20 foot lead (6.1 metres) fits the bill perfectly.The thing about extension leads if that they will cause a voltage drop along their length, unless they are of good quality and sufficient cross surface area of the wire, if the voltage drop is too much the device won't work !The lead is almost exactly the same cross section of the Amazon lead on the plug and the New Echo works perfectly... as they say "job done" !To sum up. good quality lead, physically strong and definitely does the job !

Good quality and value for money cable
This is a good quality cable, not the thin flimsy cables some others sell. I was aware the voltage drop may have been too much for my 5v cameras over this length, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it worked with both my Amcrest and Tenvis cameras.My only slight nigle is the barrel length is a bit long for the Amcrest socket but that's not really the sellers fault, it's not sold as an Amcrest cable, and if it wasn't it would have been too short for the Tenvis so I can't have it both ways!All in all I'm very pleased. This isn't the cheapest cable on the market but it's well worth the few pence extra.

Fits new google hub great
Only had it a few days but it seems well made for the money.i bought this to fit my google home hub,the one with the screen.so now I can have my screen in sight and not stuck near a wall socket and works fine.
