I needed an umbrella table for inside our pool. Our tanning ledge is deeper than most pools. This table is tall enough.We used a piece of PVC pipe (took the top with me to Lowe’s to insure fit and purchased a pre-cut 24” piece). I filled the bottom of the base with 1 50lb bag of concrete. Then inserted the PVC pipe with the one end sealed with a couple pieces of duct tape. I put the top on over night to make sure the pipe it stayed centered while the concrete dried. The next morning I took the cover off so it could dry in the sun. When dry, we installed the bladder bag and filled it with enough water to force the base to sink.I listed the metal umbrella base on the Facebook Marketplace and sold it for $25 since I wasn’t going to use it.It worked perfectly. It’s not heavy (while in the pool) so it can easily be moved around. I could cut the PVC shorter but I like it this length.A similar ledge lounger umbrella base/table would be almost $500.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!I had been searching for an umbrella stand that would keep my umbrella from toppling over in a wind storm. I saw this and decided to give it a try!! Best decision!!It was delivered on time, quality product and easy to assemble. It does come with a "donut" that you fill with water or you can put sand inside to make it more sturdy I opted out of both and it seems stable enough for my needs. You could also use it as a side table but I am not doing that.Highly recommend!!

Veradek has amazing products. They are so simple yet beautiful and functional. The design on these umbrella stand side tables is ingenious. We recently had a storm with 80 mph winds in Chattanooga and the umbrellas and tables didn't budge. The water balloon insert inside the table for weight and stabilization works like a dream. The style is modern, minimalist and sleek. Tables are large enough to set a drink and small plate on each side. If you didn't need the weight of the inflatable water inserts, these could look great as planters with an umbrella through them as well as the table top is removable. Highly recommend.

Arrived earlier than expected so I was able to set it up for a party. Received so many compliments. In fact, guests thought it was from Frontgate! It's a sturdy plastic material and once filled with water, it is very stable and keeps our umbrella from tipping over. I love the style; it's a modern chic and goes well with my patio. It doesn't look plastic, could pass for stone, until you get close. Since guests thought I bought it from an expensive retailer, I feel like I got a deal on the price. Totally worth it.

Item was damaged from UPS delivery, contacted seller and they shipped out new lid. Very prompt in responding. Item is high quality and well worth the money. I live in a high wind area and no longer have to worry about my umbrella blowing away.

Do NOT use in a pool. The bottom has 4 screws which rusted out and have stained the pool tanning ledge permanently. Really disappointed in the reviews which said it was ok to use inside the pool. Now it will look odd being outside the pool deck while the chairs are inside. Will withstand a slight amount of wind but most storms will knock the table over if it has an umbrella. Otherwise a nice looking table for a good price.

You can use in your pool on the Baja shelf. I already have two built in umbrella holders for my Baja shelf so I was only looking at using the table. I just did a few modifications. Remove metal umbrella holder and fill with pool water and order 2” umbrella plug from Amazon to cap off the top hole . My Baja step water level is 12” it was so hard to find an in-pool small table for that water level as most are for 9” or less and when I did they wanted $400 - $700. This is perfect size. I’m posting a picture and it was also hard to find chairs for water over 9” depth. These are Modella 2 style and Step 2 brand for reference. I ordered mine through Sam’s Club online.

Very easy to assemble. Works perfectly and holds our 7ft umbrella in the wind, without falling over. Built for quality without loosing the ability to move around. We plan on buying another.
