Does the job well and looks and feels good
This item weighs a generous 100g that is more than necessary to gather the loose cord in the header rail. Could just feel the join in the plastic halves that I easily removed with a scalpel to leave it perfectly smooth but that is me being a perfectionist! Works well as it should.

Traditional blind weights
Ordered new blinds and they came with new regulation wall fitting that holds the closing cord and the directional adjusting chain. These were a pain to use so bought these weights to match all the other blinds in the house.Apparently the loose cords are a danger to small children, so all new blinds will have the new wall fixed ties.

These weights are of a design that has been around for ever. They are heavy enough and simple to use. Shop around for the cheapest supplier.

Cord Weights.
The cord weights were fine and easy to work with and look good when fitted. Couldn't get them from the guy who fitted the blinds because of a health and safety issue due to EU rules and regulations but I got a good purchase with the ones I bought from Amazon.
