Im almost bought it a year ago. Inflated the ball on the first day and then after a week( as per instructions) Its working great even now.

First of all, I want to say that I love the exercise ball by Lazy Monk. The reason why I bought it was to stretch my back a little. I can tell you this is a very strong material. Another reason why I recommend it is because it comes with everything you need including a pump. I started out by stretching my back, then I started sitting on it while watching tv, then I pulled it up to my desk and now that is all I use. No more chair! For sure, I will not deflate my ball anytime soon. The 5-year warranty offered by Lazy Monk is really appreciated. They have gained my trust!

I've been trying to get in shape and I’ve just purchased my abdominal exercise ball. I could not be more pleased! It is absolutely amazing! I can do all sorts of exercises with it. It came with a booklet that gives me some examples oh how to use it for an efficient workout. Hope to see results soon!

Getting into yoga. Wanted to get a stability ball. This is a great set by Lazy Monk. Comes with everything you need. You will receive one pump with two different sized nozzles, 2 plugs to keep ball inflated and a small tool to remove plugs, one large stability ball and a resistance band. I love that it forms with a pump! So easy to inflate. Hook up nozzle to hole located on ball. Begin to pump using hands or feet. Took less than 3 minutes to inflate. Use provided plug to make sure air stays in ball. This yoga ball is very durable. My kids have been playing with it, I use it for yoga and even my 240 lb. husband has been using it. I haven't had to re inflate it once. Still firm and full. The ball has a texture to it that keeps it from slipping while using. It's made of thick rubber like material. The pump is made from plastic. Has a hose, pump and nozzles. This is really everything you need to get started in using a stability ball in your workout. I would recommend this set because of its durability and provided pump. Great for beginners and novice fitness enthusiasts.

I ordered this ball to replace my chair at my desk with constant back pain from sitting and my long drive in the car causing problems the past 6 months. My chiropractor recommended ditching the chair and trying a ball. It is very sturdy and of quality materials and construction.I also plan to give some of the workouts a try; it comes with a handy start up manual on some exercises you can try yoga related. I am not into Yoga yet but plan to start some classes so thought this would be a good time to get a ball.The ball is constructed of quality material. I don't anticipate this ball bursting EVER. I've sat on this thing for at least 3 hours a day, with my 6 year old bouncing on it for fun as well. This is also great for hyperextending your back ( I have a foam roller that helps get out the kinks as well, but this gives you a good stretch). I've noticed a change in my core as you tend to lean forward and sit up putting weight on your legs and relieving pressure on your lower back. Basically, this forces you to sit with good posture, and our poor posture is what causes so many back issues!

I purchased this for my Granddaughter, she is having a baby. I showed her how to use it to relax and exercise her back. It is very sturdy and well made, easy to inflate. My granddaughter was delighted and the father of the baby enjoyed it also. Great and fair price and a very high quality product!

I bought this for my sister who is currently 40 weeks, but has been using this for lower back relief for the last 6 weeks. The ball is well made, and we haven't had any issues with it leaking air. The gray color is great, and hides any blemishes it might create. It comes with a pump which is very useful as I've bought other balls that have no pump which is problematic. She thoroughly enjoys this ball. Great product!

Thicker material than most exercise balls which makes it a perfect replacement ball for my stability chair! Helps me with my posture and relieves my back pain because it forces me to sit up straight and not slouch in a standard chair with a back since I sit at a desk all day long. It is well made and comes with the manual foot pump to air it up. Well packaged and came with clear instructions. Will purchase again as needed for my stability chairs.
