Great for my needs. Cooking for 2 and we love left overs so plenty of room to cook enough for a couple of meals for us. Also love how non stick it is and so easy to clean. Love the handle that always stays cool and the silicone heat indicator at the base of the handle. I cook on gas at it distributes the heat evenly. Great Great skillet!

Absolutely the best pan I’ve ever had! (& I’m 68 years old) I’ve had Revere Ware, Teflon, Calphalon, Cast Iron-which I love & still use! But this cooks everything perfect! Nothing sticks! Heats evenly. Holds a lot!Clean up is so easy. I only use wood utensils in it. I also bought a 10”! I can’t say enough good things about these pan!!!

I love to cook. I started getting HelloFresh meal kits in early 2023, and ever since then, we’ve been making our own food instead of going out or having it delivered. I have a LOT of pots and pans already. Cast iron, stainless steel, probably $3000 worth. But, unless I’m cooking something that requires having more than one pot, this is the only one I use!I really is non-stick, so I can get away with using a tiny bit of oil to cook chicken or ground turkey or beef. It heats up evenly, and I love the little indicator on the handle that tells me when it’s hot enough. I really like the wooden handle, because it doesn’t get hot. I also really like that there are two spouts — one on each side — so pouring sauce is not messy. It’s really lightweight, it’s easy to maneuver with one hand, which is the opposite of what I use to use: a Le Creuset enameled cast iron pan. I’ve pretty much retired that one: it was a nearly $300 mistake. I’ve never put it in the dishwasher, I just put it in the sink with a little soapy water, and by the time I finish eating, I can just give the pan a quick scrub with a nylon brush, and then I rinse it. Voilà! It’s ready for use again!!

Am piece by piece replacing all my stove cookware, for a few Vishay pieces. They are sturdy, but not too heavy. Cleaning is a breeze, and I wash them by hand, they are so easy to clean. I only use rubber utensils on them and have no scratches whatsoever! Even if I leave the skillet on top of my stove, it is not an eyesore and compliments its surroundings.I have found they hold heat well, and help me with my preferred “slow and low” cooking method.I am buying only a few pieces, not because of cost, as I think it’s a valuable purchase, but because they replace the many standard pieces in cookware. Definitely a 5 star purchase

This product works best for low heat cooking. From sauces and stews to sautéed meats and vegetables, this versatile cookware can handle it all and is very easy to clean afterward. I like the safety feature on the handle which changes colors as the pot heats up. Very nice indeed.

It is so versatile! It's a skillet and a pot in one. I wasn't sure I would like the depth but turns out I love how deep it is. It browns fantastic, nothing sticks to it, and clean up is a breeze. I cook everything in it. Bacon and eggs, steaks, enchilada bowls, pizza bowls, beef tips and gravy, egg roll bowls... Love the heat indicator at the base of the handle, lets me know when it's heated enough to sear a steak and when it's safe to wash after use. Just a drop of dish soap, a little hot water and clean up done! Can be used on gas, electric and induction cooktops so my copper pans and cast iron skillets have been retired.

This is one of the best pans I own. I use it for almost every I cook. If you season it, nothing sticks, it is a perfect size, and it washes easily. It is a bit heavy but I think that just shows the sturdiness of it

This pan is solid and hefty. The non-stick has worked on eggs and cheese burgers so far. Cleaning is a snap. I will recommend this pan to others.

I never knew I needed this in my life

Was unsure on this item after reading a couple of reviews and not knowing the brand however it is good and we use it most nights. We rarely use the lid but it sits on the pan properly and the only gap is where the pour point is. The heat indicator is great so you know when the pan is at temperature.The pan surface is not a smooth finish in case that is what you need - it is like a stone pan texture so some things do not lift easily however we purchased this to cook meat not eggs, pancakes, etc.

It's expensive. The service life is short, the bottom of the pan turns black quickly and cannot be cleaned. The pot contains a coating. Not a coating free product. Not recommended for purchase.

The 11 in is a litter small but I wanted to try it before buying the 12 inch.Cooks fast, looks great and feels really solid but I hasn’t lasted a year.9 months to the day it worked great now I have a terrible time to clean every day.Good luck
