Perfect fit on a 2022 Tiguan SE
Perfect fit on a 2022 Tiguan SE. Two design improvementswould be the clamps would work better if they were spring loaded. When trying to place the rack across the roof, the clamps hang down and make quick installation difficult. The plastic bolt drivers should have been constructed feom metal.I would recommend this product.

Sturdy and economical
Good value for the money. Would prefer the attachment wrench was made of metal rather than plastic. Not sure it will last the life of the racks if they are taken on and off regularly Easy to mount on the rails securely

Work great, very strong and lock on nice & tight!
They fit and work great. They lock on nice and tight and aren't going anywhere. They seem to be built very well.Just be sure to look at the product photos and confirm you have the correct rails on your vehicle. They work with any rails that are raised off the vehicle.

Easy to install
The installation was easier than I thought. I just used a small wrench to fix it. The flush rack on my roof was also very stable, without any wobbling. After installing it, I tried to pull a small kayak and camping equipment. I felt that the load-bearing capacity was quite reliable. The official rating is 225 pounds. I didn't test that limit, but it's definitely enough for daily use. There was a little wind noise when driving at high speed, but it's acceptable. It's not particularly easy to cross. The surface of the pole is made of frosted aluminum alloy, which is surprisingly good and looks good.

Simple but effective
I picked up the Catch USA Universal 48” Aluminum Cross Bars for a recent road trip, and they've been great so far. Installation was super easy—took me maybe 15 minutes total—and they fit snugly on my roof rails. They feel really solid and handled my kayak without any issues. I like that they’re lightweight but still support a decent amount of weight (allegedly up to 225 lbs). Overall, they do exactly what I needed without breaking the bank. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a simple, reliable roof rack.
