At this point I can only attest to a couple of facts as I just started it 2 days ago. (March 4th). I ordered both the chocolate and strawberry. I also am not completely on a ketogenic diet, but am on a low carb, high fat (reasonable amount) eating plan. I am 66 years old (female), so at the age where weight no longer falls off. I have to really work hard at it. I have purchased other keto shakes, all of which were good, but the flavor of this one surpasses them in my opinion. The others only came in chocolate and vanilla flavors so loved that this one had strawberry. I will say that this one does not seem as thick as the others but it still is very good. I started with the strawberry ( since I was burned out on chocolate), and just added some flaxseed to it along with some ice and put in my blender. I feel it would probably have done fine in a shaker but just went with blender. Since I only have made 2 shakes, my first one I only used one scoop to cut down the calories a bit, but the next day made the second one with 2 scoops. It was obvious that the one made with one scoop was not as filling to me, as I ate within about 2 hours of drinking it. However the one I made on day 2 with 2 scoops was extremely filling. Since I know I tend to get more calories in daily then I expend, ( I do lots of walking but not always daily), I am hoping this shake will assist me with eating less thus loosing weight. I will try to update this post as I move forward, but hope this information is a little helpful.

Great overall value, good quality nutrients and ingredients, perfect Keto ratio, works well, good taste! Definitely recommend that you give it a try. Seems to have best value for money by way of Keto percentage and quality and quantity of ingredients, as also calories and effectiveness. Chocolate Fudge has a great taste and am getting the vanilla soon. Imoressed with this company/product enough so have also ordered the Ketoned Advance supplement as add-on to go with this product

This is the worst tasting health product I have ever bought. I have a pretty high tolerance for horrible tasting stuff - I have stomached some pretty harsh green drinks, pre-workouts, etc. but this stuff is unbearable. I tried it 5 times and the last time I simply decided to give up and I threw away the rest. What an amazing waste of money!

Great taste, but knocked me out of ketosis

I love the product. Taste great even my grandkids thought it was brownie mix when I opened it. The main down fall for me is price. So even though I love it I can’t keep ordering it. I would love it to use daily but will only be able to use buy again if I’m at a platue and need a little extra help. If you could do a sale or something it would help people like me!

I loved this product. The flavor is awesome and it helped me stay on track losing weight. It made this keto diet a bit easier and more manageable. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Thanks!!

Very tasty! Good with just almond milk and ice, but when I want more fat I add coconut oil, avocado and fresh almond butter. It is creamy and tastes like a milkshake. I have tried it with just one scoop or two. Just one scoop is enough to keep me satisfied until my next meal. When I do use two scoops, I do not have any stomach issues. No doubt this has helped put/keep me in ketosis.

This product seems to be a wonderful meal replacement BUT the coconut flavor overpowers the chocolate and you are drinking brown coconut drink. Tried it with water and almond milk. No help. Way too expensive a product for this taste. Disappointing
