Ok mounting kit. Nothing special.
Bought this for spare parts after I pulled my lightbar off of my my lawnmower by driving too far under a swing set. This was the same as the OEM mounting hardware. I still had to drill out the mounting bracket hole to fit my hardware, and I would not recommend this mount to be used on a roadworthy vehicle. Lawnmower, go cart, 4 wheeler, etc yes... car or truck No.

Bolts won't thread at all!
OK only because the "basic" brackets that come with the mic tuning set of cubes I purchased are ridiculously inadequate for all applications except for a actual light bar setup.... That being said after receiving the brackets, I quickly ran into a major problem. All 4 base pad bolts (both sides, 8 total) would not thread AT ALL!! I am not going to cry all day about such a seemingly major oversight /quality issue, but I am not happy that I had to hop in my truck drive 15 miles back to the nearest store who gladly supplied me with a tap set that cost another $8.00, drove back home and throughly enjoyed rethreading all 8 boltholes. Just saying that I am not happy with that problem in particular. Other than that issue, decent overall quality and usefulness that I am happy with for the price.
